You can also check the status of your order by logging into your UNIQLO account and reviewing your order history section by clicking ‘Account’ > ‘View my orders’. If you do not have a UNIQLO account or you are not logged on, please log into your UNIQLO membership account.
Once your order status has been changed to 'Order Shipped', you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please refer to this email to track your parcel. You can track your package by visiting our delivery company's website at AIR21
and search using the tracking number that can be found in your email.
