■ For no recorded orders but charged
1. Check your account balance.
2. Confirm your payment history in your banking app.
3. Raise the charging concern to your issuing bank.
● Provide your transaction details.
4. Wait for your bank's update based on their processing time frame.
■ If you do not receive your OTP/OTP confirmation
1. Re-confirm your statement of account.
2. Check if you have a stable internet connection and mobile signal.
3. Confirm if your issuing bank have a system maintenance.
4. Retry to checkout.
5. If the issue still persists, you may opt to contact your issuing bank directly.
■ For Baranggay Error
1. Go to "MEMBERSHIP". Then go to "Edit Profile".
2. Update your address.
3. Proceed to your Card and Click "Checkout".
