HOLIDAY ADVISORY: Exchange and Refund period has been extended. Store/Online Purchases made from November 20 to December 31, 2023 can be exchanged or refunded until January 31, 2024. Existing guidelines under our Returns Policy will still be followed.

Exchange means you want to return the item to us and exchange with a different color, size or change to another item.

Online Purchase 

- Items purchased online can only be exchanged in any of our physical stores nationwide, provided that it meets our Returns Policy. Kindly bring your original receipt with you. There is no online processing for exchange. 
- If you cannot visit a store, we recommend to process return & refund for your online purchased item/s. 
- Please note that item or stock availability (including special sizes) may vary per store. You may only exchange to items that are available at the branch. 
- You may exchange to a different size or color or you may change to a completely different item (same price or higher price). If higher priced item, you may just add for the difference. 

Store Purchase 

- You may exchange your item at any UNIQLO branch nationwide, provided that the item meets our Returns Policy. Kindly bring your original receipt or gift receipt with you. 
- Please note that item or stock availability (including special sizes) may vary per store. 
- You may exchange to a different size or color or you may change to a completely different item (same price or higher price). If higher priced item, you may just add for the difference.
