For online orders, we have 2 delivery methods available:

Home Delivery - Delivery to customer's nominated home address.
Click & Collect - Delivery to any of your chosen UNIQLO Philippines store.

Home Delivery
► Our main delivery partner for home delivery is NinjaVan.
► For home delivery, kindly check Ninja Van's website for the complete delivery location coverage here.
► Once our warehouse team has shipped out your order, a tracking number will be provided to you via Automated email and it will also reflect in your Order History in UNIQLO App. You may check your delivery status in NinjaVan tracking site.

Standard estimated delivery time frame for Home Delivery (in working days):
■ Luzon: 2 - 8 working days
■ Visayas: 4 - 10 working days
■ Mindanao: 5 - 12 working days

Click & Collect Delivery
► Online Orders will be delivered in your chosen UNIQLO Philippines physical store.
► Handled by our internal logistics partner and it will follow standard delivery timeframe for Click & Collect orders per area.
► You will be notified via Automated Email once your order has arrived in your chosen store.

Standard estimated delivery time frame for Click & Collect (in working days):
■ NCR & Luzon: 3 - 5 working days
■ Visayas: 7 - 10 working days
■ Mindanao: 9 - 10 working days
