Procedure:
● Customers can get 1 FREE UNIQLO Multi Case Pouch when they select UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store for their Click & Collect order pick-up from March 28 to April 3, 2025.
● Customers will need to choose Click & Collect as their delivery method to be able to avail the promotion. 
● Customer to choose UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store as their store for pick-up
● Click & Collect delivery process will be as follows:

Terms & Conditions:
● Customers can get 1 FREE UNIQLO Multi Case Pouch when they select UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store with no minimum purchase amount required from March 28 to April 3, 2025
● Click & Collect order dates should be from March 28 to April 3, 2025 only.
● Customers will need to choose Click & Collect as their delivery method to be able to avail the promotion. 
● Customer to choose UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store as their store for pick-up.
● The novelty item will be included in the delivery of their orders which can be claimed at the store
●  There are 2 colors, gray and black. Novelty will be given at random. Customers are not allowed to choose which color to receive.

    ● This promo can be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos under UNIQLO Philippines provided
    that: Customers chose UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store for their Click & Collect pick-up store and customer’s purchase with no minimum spend from March 28 to April 6 at the UNIQLO App or Website.


    Q2. Is there a minimum purchase requirement to get the novelty?
    ● No, there is no minimum spend to avail the Click & Collect Novelty Promotion. 

    Q3. How many novelties can a customer claim?
    ● 1 novelty for every order of Click & Collect (selecting UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store as pick up) from the UNIQLO App or Website regardless of the purchase amount.

    Q4. How do I claim the UNIQLO Multi Case Pouch?
    ● The UNIQLO Multi Case Pouch will be delivered together with your order in the UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store. 

    Q5. What is the validity period of the promo?
    ● Promotion is valid from March 28 to April 3, 2025

    Q6. What if I select another store to claim my Click & Collect order, will I still get the UNIQLO Multi Case Pouch?
    ● No. You will only receive the UNIQLO Multi Case Pouch if you select UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store.

  • How to track your Click & Collect order?

    ■ You may confirm your Click & Collect delivery status by checking your Order History in your UNIQLO PH app. It is recommended to check first the estimated delivery time for Click & Collect orders for the Imus Roadside Store Opening:

    On the app, the "Detailed Status" will be updated on the current status of your Click & Collect order.

    【Arrival Waiting】= Preparing the parcel and pending for delivery.
    【Ready for pickup】= Parcel is ready for collection in store.
    【Receipt Complete】= Parcel collected successfully in store.

    ■ If you have provided your consent to receive App Notifications in your UNIQLO PH app, you will get this kind of notice similar to the photo below once your parcel has been delivered at the store.

    ■ If you have questions regarding the delivery of your Click & Collect order, contact numbers are provided in Store Locator.
    You will also receive an automated email on your nominated email address for your order once the store has received the parcel for pick-up. You may provide this as proof besides your Order History when claiming your order in the store.

    Please note that all Click & Collect orders are subject to our warehouse processing and it will not be processed by the store you chose as pick-up point. Estimated standard delivery time will still follow.

    Special Notes:
    ■ If you have availed Online Alteration service for your order, kindly note that that an additional 1 day of processing will be needed before we ship out your order.
    ■ For Gift Services, an additional 1 to 2 days will be allotted for the processing.
    ■ If you have placed an order with an item in transit, there might be delays in delivery due to an additional 1 to 2 days of processing.
