Q. How can I modify or cancel my online order?

We cannot modify your order once this has been placed, including changing the color/size, adding/removing items or changing the delivery method.

● If the cancel button is still clickable in the Order History page, you may opt to cancel the order and place a new one. We cannot guarantee that the item/s you have selected will still be available when you reorder.

Order Cancellation Steps:

1. Go to your Account. 
Click on the [Account] icon.

2. Select [ORDER HISTORY].



3. The [CANCEL] button will appear if your order is eligible for cancellation.

If the Cancel button is no longer available, it means that your order is being fulfilled already by our Warehouse team. If you wish to take a chance to cancel your order, kindly note that there is a low possibility that your request can still be granted as the time of our warehouse shipment may not be in line with the time of your request.

■ If your order has been shipped out already, you have an option to return/exchange the item/s, provided that it meets our Returns Policy once it has arrived in your preferred address or in store via Click & Collect. These FAQ pages may help you on this:

Special Note: If you have paid online via Credit/Debit card and you have successfully cancelled your order, kindly note that the refund reflection will not be instant as this will still undergo bank processing that may take up to 30 banking days. Kindly communicate with your issuing bank separately once you have received our Order Cancellation confirmation via Automated Email.
