Requests for Manual Sales Invoice will no longer be accepted as the E-Invoice is already an approved BIR document. 
 

➥ Kindly note that your UNIQLO PH account membership details will be used for the E-Invoice.

If you wish to use the E-Invoice as your Sales Invoice for your Company purchase, please follow the steps below:

1. Access your UNIQLO PH app / Website and click this Icon:



2. Please select "Edit Profile" and kindly update your UNIQLO PH account details using your Company Details.



3. Fill in the necessary information:

Information Input
• First Name - Input Your Company Name (30 character limit)
• Last Name - 14 digit TIN (Format should be: TIN 123-456-789-12345)
 

4. Select items in Online Store and proceed to Checkout.
5. Review your Checkout details and finalize your purchase.
6. Your E-Invoice will be attached in the automated Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. You may also see it in your Order History in UNIQLO PH app.

E-Invoice will be final and cannot be modified.
