● Reviews may not be reflected on the item page for the following reasons:

a. Comments including other company names/brands
b. Comments not related to the purchased product being reviewed
c. Review is not written in English or contains non-English words
d. Contains personal information (ex. name, telephone number, specific address, e-mail address, account of SNS, etc.)
e. Duplicate or spam submissions from the same person/account
f. Contains a URL 
g. Other information that we deem inappropriate
