  • Next Day Home Delivery

     

    NEXT DAY HOME DELIVERY FOR NCR

    ► UNIQLO now offers Next Day Home Delivery for Metro Manila areas only.
    Order before 12pm and get your package the next working day (not applicable for orders placed on holidays & weekends, orders with online alteration request and items that are still in transit).

    Notes:
    ► Please note that delivery time will start once we have shipped out your orders from our warehouse. For reference, you will receive an automated email confirmation with the tracking number once we have shipped out your order.
    ► Next Day Home Deliveries will only be attempted twice to deliver before the courier returns it back to warehouse for reprocessing. If your parcel has been attempted to be delivered already, the next attempt shall be on the next possible working day.
    ► Online Alteration and ordered items that are still in transit to our warehouse can affect delivery time. 
    ► If you have placed your order online beyond 12 pm, kindly see below information for the estimated delivery time frame:

    Metro Manila standard estimated delivery time frame:
    1 to 3 working days


    How to track Home Delivery Orders in UNIQLO App
    1. Open UNIQLO App.
    2. Click "MEMBERSHIP" tab and go to "ORDER HISTORY".
    3. Look for the "Detailed Status" and copy the tracking number indicated.
    3a. You may also get your tracking number on the shipment confirmation email that we send out after we forwarded your parcel to our logistics partner.
    4. Go to Ninjavan Tracking Site and paste the tracking number, then click "Track Parcel".

    5. If your parcel has been assigned to be delivered by WExpress, kindly copy and paste your tracking number on WExpress Tracking Site and click SEARCH.

    Delivery Advisory: WExpress is our alternative delivery partner that will cater selected areas as of the moment.

    How to track Home Delivery Orders via your Shipment Confirmation Email
    1. Open your Shipment Confirmation Email that you have received from us once we have shipped out your order.
    2. Click the NinjaVan tracking number provided:  UNQPHXXXXXXXXX
    3. You will be redirected to NinjaVan's tracking site to view the current tracking status.

     

  • Standard Home Delivery

    HOME DELIVERY

    ► UNIQLO has partnered with NinjaVan for Home Deliveries. 
    ► Kindly see information below for the estimated standard delivery time frame:

    Standard estimated delivery time frame for other regions:
    Luzon: 2 - 8 working days
    Visayas: 4 - 10 working days
    Mindanao: 5 - 12 working days

    Important Notes: 
    Some products could still be in transit to our warehouse and the delivery will require extra 1-2 working days on top of above-mentioned delivery lead time.

    ● We can only provide estimates, but more detailed information may be viewed on your order status once the items have been shipped. We will allocate additional days for cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities.

  • Same Day Click & Collect

    Important Notes:
    1. Click & Collect orders with Online Alteration, Gift Service and with items that are still in transit are not eligible for Same Day Click & Collect.

    2. For Pay in Store transactions only: Please secure the payment of your order before 12 pm for your order to be confirmed by our warehouse team for Same Day Click & Collect.
    3. You have 14 days to collect the parcel in your preferred UNIQLO store once it has arrived. You may directly call the store if you have any inquiries or requests on this. Kindly use Store Locator to know their landline numbers.
    4. Delivery time in stores may vary depending on the traffic situation in area. We will also allocate additional delivery days for cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities and high number of orders.

    How to track Click & Collect Orders
    1. Open UNIQLO App.
    2. Click "MEMBERSHIP" tab and go to "ORDER HISTORY".

    【Arrival Waiting】= Preparing the parcel and pending for delivery.
    【Ready for pickup】= Parcel is ready for collection in store.
    【Receipt Completed】= Parcel collected successfully in store.

    Alternatively, you will be receiving automated emails from us once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and once your order has arrived in your chosen store. You may also directly call your preferred store to check if they have already received your Click & Collect order. You may view their contact number via Store Locator.
