"ORDER TO ME" is a service that allows customers to order and purchase any item from the online store when they cannot find the item they want when shopping at the store.
When to Use
1) When you can't find the product you want in store.
2) When the product you want isn't available in your size in store.
3) When you want a product in a size only available online (XS, XXL or 3XL).
4) When you want a product that's only available in selected stores.

How it Works
STEP 1. Speak to a Store Member
If you can't find what you want in the store, our store staff can help you look for it. Just approach any store member for assistance.
STEP 2. Search for the product
If the item is not available at the branch, the store member can quickly search for the product you want in a different branch. If the item is not available in any nearby store but is available online, you can download the app and place an order online.
STEP 3. Payment
You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:
1. Online payment (Credit card or debit card)
2. Cash on Delivery (home delivery only)
3. Pay In Store (Credit card, debit card, cash, e-wallet)
STEP 4. Receive your Product
You can choose from our delivery methods:
1. Click & Collect (Free shipping with no minimum spend)
2. Home Delivery (Free shipping with a minimum spend of Php 2500)

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I collect the order at a different store?
Yes, if the item is available online, you can choose any UNIQLO store to have your order delivered there via Click & Collect.
When can I collect the order from the store?
It will still take a few days for your order to be delivered to your chosen store. We do not have same day pick-up/delivery (Click here for the delivery time frame). Once available for claiming, you will receive an email notification.
