  • Can I return or exchange a product if the tag has been removed?

    If any of the following are missing or damaged: tags, packaging, buttons, or other accessories — we cannot accept return or exchange as the item is no longer in new and original condition. 

    If the tag is presented but not attached with the product, we regret that we cannot accept it for return or exchange.

     

  • Do you accept return or exchange for product that have been altered?

    We do not accept return or exchange for product that has been altered (shorten/ hemmed).

  • Would you still accept items that have been removed from its packaging?

    Unfortunately, items that have been removed out of packaging will no longer be accepted for Return or Exchange even if the items are unused.
     

  • I no longer have the Packing List / Return Form. How will I request for Return or Exchange?

    If you have already lost the Packing List and Return Form, you may opt to print out your E-Invoice from your Order History to request Item Exchange in Physical Stores or process refund by sending it along with the item/s back to our warehouse. 

  • My item has been used and washed already. Can I still have it exchanged / returned?

    Regrettably, items that have been used or washed can no longer be accepted for Return or Exchange.


 
Return Shipping Fee
  
We do not charge any additional fees when handling your return. 

However, you are required to bear the shipping cost if returning your online purchase to our warehouse. Return shipping fees will not be part of your refund.


 

Return Packaging and Process
  • How should I pack my return for online purchases?

    No specific packaging required. You may reuse the original packaging when you received your parcel or any sturdy box or bag. Kindly ensure that it is dirt/dust free and securely packed.
     

  • Can I book a same day third party courier service to return items?

    Yes, you may book a same day courier such as Grab or Lalamove to return parcels back in our Warehouse. Kindly instruct them to knock on the warehouse gate so our warehouse personnel can receive your returned order.
      

Refund Timeframe

  • When will I receive my confirmation if my order has been received back at Warehouse?

    You are bound to receive an automated email confirmation within 1 to 2 business days upon registration of your returned order back at our warehouse. Kindly note that if you have sent your order back during Friday afternoon, you may expect your notification to be sent by the next Monday.
     

  • May I know how long is the refund reflection?

    Refund reflection may take some time as this is processed by customer's issuing bank once our warehouse team has finalized the application of the refund request to the order. Normally, as standard, banks can reflect refunded amounts within 15 to 45 banking days depending on their reversal policy.
