Refunds are based on the amount originally paid for the product. We do not offer price adjustments for any difference due to markdowns or promotional sales.
All refund processed in stores, including Pay-in-Store orders, are subject to the store's refund policy.
Please note that below deductions may apply to your refund:
• Shipping fees: Non-refundable.
• Gift Service fees: Non-refundable.
• Alteration fees: Non-refundable.
• Coupon value: Deducted proportionally may apply.
Once a coupon is used, it is considered redeemed and cannot be reissued. If you return any item from an order where a coupon was applied, the coupon value will be distributed across all items in proportion to their share of the total purchase value.
Your refund will reflect only the portion of the coupon applied to the returned items(s).
Please refer to the below sample:
Total Purchase: PHP 3,000
Items Purchased:
• Jacket - PHP 1800
• Pants - PHP 600
• Shirt - PHP 600
Coupon Applied: PHP 300 (minimum purchase of PHP 3,000 required)
The 300 Coupon is allocated proportionately across all items based on their value in the purchase.
• Jacket (PHP 1,800) → 60% of the order → PHP 180 coupon deduction
• Pants (PHP 600) → 20% of the order → PHP 60 coupon deduction
• Shirt (PHP 600) → 20% of the order → PHP 60 coupon deduction
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total: PHP 3,000 → 100% → PHP 300
Refund Scenarios:
If you return the Jacket only (PHP 1,800):
Refund Amount = PHP 1,800 - PHP 180 = PHP 1620
If you return the entire purchase (PHP 3,000):
Refund Amount = PHP 3,000 - PHP 300 = PHP 2,700
Refunds for multi-buy items are calculated based on the final price after adjusting for returned items.
Multi-buy promotions (e.g. 4 items for PHP 730) are only valid when all required items are kept.
If you return part of the items, the promotion no longer applies, and the remaining items will be recalculated at their original unit price
Please refer to the example below:
• Original Unit Price: PHP 191 per piece
• Multi-Buy Offer: PHP 730 for 4 pieces
• Purchase Total: PHP 730
If you return 1 item:
Remaining 3 items are recalculated at the original price:
PHP 191 x 3 = PHP 573
Amount Paid - Adjusted Price = Refund Amount
PHP 730 - PHP 573 = PHP 157 refund
【Important Note】
• For card refunds, amounts are rounded down to 2 decimal places.
• For cash refunds, amounts are rounded down to 1 decimal place (e.g., PHP 182.72 → PHP 182.70).
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Q. I have only been partially refunded, when will I receive the rest of my refund?
A. Please check the deduction criteria listed above as your return may have been subject to these.
Additionally, if you returned products from another order within the same parcel, this may have resulted in a significant delay in processing or an incorrect refund.
Please note that refunds are often processed in multiple batches. This means the total refund amount may be split across several transactions, so you might see only part of the refund initially. It can take a few additional days for the full refund to be reflected in your account. Please be assured that the remaining amount is on its way.
