Here is a guide to know the estimated delivery timeframe / schedule for your Online Purchases:
 

• ➜ Home Delivery Timeframe

  
  On Checkout page, the estimated delivery time will be shared on the 1. Delivery Option tab:

  
  
  After you have chosen "SHIP TO ADDRESS / HOME DELIVERY", another option will show up to confirm the estimated delivery time. Once you have reconfirmed it, you may proceed to select "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT".

• ➜ Click & Collect Timeframe

  
  
  On Checkout page, the estimated delivery time will be shared on the 1. Delivery Option tab:

  
  
  
  After you have chosen "CLICK & COLLECT", another option will show up to confirm the estimated delivery time. Once you have reconfirmed it, you may proceed to select "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT".
  
  
  
  
  For Same Day Click & Collect / Next Day Click & Collect:
  
  Same Day Click & Collect Process:
  Orders placed and paid before 12 NN of the current day will be delivered on the Same Day, starting 7 PM in select stores offering Same Day Click & Collect. 
      ➨ If you have missed out on finalizing your order before the 12 NN cut off for same day delivery in stores offering Same Day Click & Collect, it will now be bound for Next Day delivery.
  
  Next Day Click & Collect Process:
  ■ Orders placed and paid after 12 NN of the current day will be delivered the Next Day, starting 7 PM in select stores offering Same Day Click & Collect.

• ➜ Pre-Order

  
  For Pre-Order, the estimated arrival date of your desired item in our warehouse will be shared on the top of the "ADD TO CART" button on the item page. Kindly see below photo for reference:

  
  
  
  The Estimated Delivery Time / Schedule of your Pre-Order Item will also be shared on the 1. Delivery Option in Checkout:
  
  
  
  On 3. Order Summary - You will be given a chance to review the Terms of Service and Terms of Sale of Pre-Order. We highly recommend you to visit the pages highlighted by the arrow below and once you have understood the process, kindly tick off the "I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE" box and click "PLACE ORDER".
