Here is a guide to know the estimated delivery timeframe / schedule for your Online Purchases:
 

Delivery Timeframes

• ➜ Home Delivery Timeframe

  On Checkout page, the estimated delivery time will be shared on the 1. Delivery Option tab:

  Sample for "Next Day Delivery".

  There is also an information button that you can hover your cursor at. It states that for deliveries under "Next Day Delivery" (For Metro Manila orders only), it is not applicable for orders with online services such as Alteration, Stock In Transit, Pre-Order and Pre-Sale.

  Please note that delivery timeframe may be adjusted without prior notice due to weather disturbances, port congestions and other uncontrollable external factors. Kindly ensure also that you have provided your exact and complete address, and your active mobile number.

  For Pre-Order, the estimated arrival date of your desired item in our warehouse will be shared on the top of the "ADD TO CART" button on the item page. Kindly see below photo for reference:

  
  
  
  The Estimated Delivery Time / Schedule of your Pre-Order Item will also be shared on the 1. Delivery Option in Checkout:
  
  
  
  On 3. Order Summary - You will be given a chance to review the Terms of Service and Terms of Sale of Pre-Order. We highly recommend you to visit the pages highlighted by the arrow below and once you have understood the process, kindly tick off the "I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE" box and click "PLACE ORDER".
