Q. How to update or change my shipping address?
Kindly note that once you have placed your order online, you can no longer modify your order details including your shipment address.
However, if you wish to update your shipping address for your next purchases, please follow the steps below:

● Access your UNIQLO PH App and select "Membership".
● Select "Profile".
● Select "Address Book".
● Choose "Register A New Address"
● Provide an Address within the Serviceable Areas
Note: Please be advised that the selections for City / Municipality and Barangay will be based on our partner courier's serviceable areas for home delivery. You may check your address if it is serviceable by WExpress here on this page: WExpress Service Directory

1. Please check your provided shipment address in your order if correct, accurate and based on the advised format.

Providing inaccurate address can greatly affect the delivery of your order.
You may use Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps if you are unsure with your address as this may provide you exact Street Name / Road Name.
• Address Details section has 30 character limit only. If your address is long, please ensure to shorten it and include the important details such as House Number / Street Name.
Samples of Bad Address:
• Repetitive Address - brgy. 99, Brgy. 99. Pasay City
• Incomplete Address - 123, Brgy. 99. Pasay City / Street St. Brgy. 99, Pasay City / UNIQLO, Brgy. 99. Pasay City / Block 123 Lot 123, Brgy. 99, Pasay City
Village/Subdivision Addresses such as with Block, Lot and Street, kindly shorten your address using this format: B12L34 Street Name St. Subd./Vill., City, Region
Building/Condominium Addresses should have the Unit Number and Tower Number (if applicable): U123 Condominium / Building Name T1. Street (if still applicable).
Office Addresses should still have the Road/Street where the building is: Office Name, Road/Street Name
Provincial Addresses - If your area has Purok areas, please provide a local street name if applicable. Kindly ensure that you have also provided correct mobile number so our partner courier could contact you via Call for directions.

➜ For customers who have already placed an order and wishes to correct or amend their delivery address:
We cannot change the shipping address details once the order has been placed. If you noticed an error with your shipping details (ex. incomplete address, incorrect mobile number, etc.), you may cancel your order (if the cancel button is still available) and re-order with the updated delivery details.
To cancel your order:
1. Click on [MEMBERSHIP]
2. Go to [ORDER HISTORY]
3. Click on [CANCEL]
