Q. LIVE STATION - Giveaway Campaign Terms and Conditions

Please read these giveaway campaign Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “the T&C”) before participating in the LIVE STATION Giveaway Campaign (hereafter “the Campaign”) sponsored by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”)

● By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the T&C of this campaign.

 

Terms of Application

To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following eligibility requirements;

● You must agree to these T&Cs

● You must comply with the eligibility requirements and entry procedures set forth in the “Eligible Requirements” and “How to Apply” sections of this campaign website https://www.uniqlo.com/ph/en/special-feature/live-station?srsltid=AfmBOoqC8xeUO4JW77VYoGqrgirb18EVjPLdTmRhPP4c75IzMtwgyRa (hereinafter “the website”)

● You must be over 18 years old to participate. If you are found to be under 18 after entering the application, your application and any winnings will be void.

● Must be a resident of the Philippines.

 

Giveaway Mechanics

● Viewers who join the LIVE STATION broadcast can participate in the giveaway quiz campaign during the live show.

● Anyone watching the live broadcast and agreeing to the campaign terms is eligible to participate in the quiz.

● Winners will be selected among participants who submit the right answer during the live broadcast either by random draw or by being the fastest to answer correctly, based on the number of winners announced by the host.

● Winners will receive an on-screen pop-up notification and must complete the Microsoft Forms provided to fill the information before the end of the live broadcast. Failure to submit the form before the broadcast ends will result in forfeiture of the prize.

● The Microsoft Form link is for the winner’s personal use only and must not be shared publicly or with others.

● If there are no issues with the submitted information, the prize will be shipped to the provided address. If any issues arise, winners may be contacted via email.

 

Notes

● We will not be able to answer any questions regarding the random draw of the results of this campaign.

● Rights acquired through this campaign are not transferable to third parties.

● There is no entry fee for this campaign.

● Some internet environments may not be compatible with this entry process.

● Please do not enter using multiple accounts.

● We strictly prohibit entries for the purpose of resale.

● If you do not complete the entry process by the deadline, or if we are unable to deliver the prize due to incomplete information, the prize will be forfeited.

● The prize will be forfeited if, after the prize is sent, the prize is not delivered due to an undeliverable address, the winner's inability or refusal to accept the prize, expiration of the hold period, or any other reason, and the prize is returned to us.

● There will be no re-drawing for this campaign.

● Minors must have a parent's or guardian's permission to enter. All entries in this contest will be deemed to have the consent of a parent or guardian.

● Employees (whether full-time, part-time or temporary) of the Company or its affiliates are not eligible to enter and their immediate families (up to 2nd Degree of Consanguinity)

● Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or returned.

● Prizes must be shipped within the Philippines.

 

Prohibitions

Participants may not do any of the following in connection with the use of the Campaign.

● Posting violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or other content that is offensive to other entrants.

● Engaging in illegal activities or posting content that encourages illegal activities.

● Violate or threaten the property rights, trademarks, copyrights, other intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, rights of publicity, or to violate other rights of the Company or any third party.

● Invading the privacy or defaming the reputation or credibility of the Company or any third party.

● Defame or libel the Company or any third party.

● Collecting personal information of other entrants.

● Providing services similar to the Campaign by using the name of the Campaign or a name similar to the name of the Campaign.

● Include the name of this Campaign in meta tags, etc. of any website you control.

● Interfere with the proper operation of this Campaign through virus programs, unauthorized access, or other means.

● Duplicate, edit, adapt, distribute or resell the information or services provided by this Campaign.

● Engage in any pyramid scheme, illegal business, or other illegal activity.

● Induce any third party to engage in any of the foregoing activities.

● In addition to the foregoing, acts that violate laws and regulations, offend public order, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Company.

● Application by a person whose account or other use of other services provided by the Company has been suspended due to violation of the terms of use of other services provided by the Company or otherwise.


Entrants agree in advance that if they violate the preceding paragraph, the Company may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate their participation in this Campaign or take any other necessary action without prior notice.
 

Others

● The Company reserves the right to revise the Campaign and these T&Cs, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the entrant, if it deems it necessary. In this case, the revision will be effective at the time of posting on this website.

● We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Campaign in the event of unavoidable circumstances.

● The Company disclaims all warranties of any kind (including, but not limited to, implied warranties of security, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose) with respect to this Campaign.

● We are under no obligation to provide you with any information about this campaign. Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any of the following:

       (1) Any damages suffered by the entrant or any third party as a result of any change to these T&Cs or any interruption, delay, suspension or termination of this campaign or this website.

       (2) Damage to the Applicant resulting from unauthorized use of the Applicant's information by a third party.

       (3) Any damages incurred by an entrant as a result of the Company taking any action it deems necessary in the event that the Company believes that an entrant has violated these T&Cs.
       
       (4) Any damages incurred by an entrant or any third party as a result of participating in this promotion, using this website, etc. in any way.

In the event that the Company is liable for damages due to actual gross negligence, the extent of the Company's liability shall be limited to the direct and actual damages suffered by the entrant, and the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits). We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits).

●  These T&Cs are made in English and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Pasay City Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes related to this campaign.

 

Handling of Personal Information

● We will collect the personal information of winners obtained in the course of running this Campaign for the purposes of notifying winners of the results, sending prizes, and responding to inquiries related to this promotion. We will keep the personal information only for one month this shall be deleted thereafter. ● The Marketing Department of Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. (the “Bureau”) shall be responsible for all operations and administration of the Campaign.
