Q. Can I still change my delivery method / address after placing my order?
If you have successfully placed your order, you can not modify its details which includes your shipping address or delivery method due to system limitations. We are hoping for your kind understanding on this.
However, we could recommend Order Cancellation if your order can still be cancelled within the allowable period then reorder using your preferred delivery location / method.
Order Cancellation Process
To proceed with Order Cancellation, here are the steps:

1. Go to your Account. Click on the [Account] icon.
2. Select [ORDER HISTORY].
3. The [CANCEL] button will appear if your order is eligible for cancellation.
If the Cancel button is no longer available, it means that your order is being fulfilled already by our Warehouse team. If you wish to take a chance to cancel your order, kindly note that there is a low possibility that your request can still be granted as the time of our warehouse shipment may not be in line with the time of your request.
