➜ Steps on How to Avail Pre-Order Service
1. Select the Pre-Order item to put into shopping cart and check out as normal. You can opt for Home Delivery or Click & Collect service for the delivery option.
➥ Kindly ensure to read through the information on the Pre-Order service for the item.
↪️ Notice on the Product Page if the item is for Pre-Order is exampled below:
2. In the shopping cart, the estimated availability date of the item will be shown under the Pre-Order item.
➥ You will also be informed that Gift Options are not available for Pre-Order items.
3. During the Checkout Process, you will be informed that your order has a Pre-Order item. If you have missed out on the information tick box "🛈" on the item page, you may review the Pre-Order service information by clicking the "🛈" button.
➥ The estimated delivery time of the order will also be shared to you.
4. Once you are done selecting your preferred delivery and payment method (Online Payment only), kindly ensure that you have completely understood the Terms of Service and Terms of Sale of the Pre-Order service before finalizing your order. Kindly ensure also that you have provided your accurate and active shipment details as this may also affect the delivery time of your order.
Please tick off the box once you have reviewed all the required information and click the "PLACE ORDER" button to record your order.
5. Once your Pre-Order is ready for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (for Home Delivery).
➥ For Click & Collect, you will be notified via Automated Email once your order has arrived in your chosen store for your pick-up.
➥ Please ensure that your email has enough storage to receive emails and we highly recommend you to regularly check also your email including your Junk/Spam folder as automated emails may be redirected by your email provider.

• The Pre-Order service is online exclusive only.
• The Pre-Order service is eligible for selected item(s) only.
• Gift wrapping service is unavailable for all Pre-Order.
• Any changes to the estimated delivery time will be notified via email and through our possible delivery advisories in FAQ / Chatbot.
• Pre-Order availability is first-come, first-served basis.
• The Pre-Order item will stop selling and cannot add to shopping cart if the maximum allocation for Pre-Order item is reached.
• Pre-Order service is not available for Bulk Orders and Gift Service.
1. Can I place an online order with a Pre-Order item together with other normal in-stock items?
• If the launching date of a Pre-Order item is more than seven (7) days: You cannot check out with non-Pre-Order items. Please complete the checkout with Pre-Order item alone.
All online orders with Pre-Order items will only be shipped out for delivery arrangement on the 1st day of official launching.
2. Why I cannot select gift wrapping service for my Pre-Order?

If you purchased a pre-order item with regular item/s then decided that you need to cancel the pre-order, we cannot proceed with partial cancellation of your pre-order due to system limitations.
6. It's passed the launch date for my Pre-Order Item, but I have yet to receive any confirmation email?
1. Please check your email settings to make sure that you are receiving emails from '@uniqlo.com'.
2. Check your junk email folder. The email may have been mistakenly filtered as spam.
3. If you are using a domain designation to receive emails, make sure that you have added the domain “@uniqlo.com” as an acceptable domain.
4. Please check your spam email rejection settings to make sure that emails from '@uniqlo.com' are not being automatically rejected.
7. Will I be automatically charged on my card if I placed my pre-order?
