Q. How to place an Online Order?

To shop online, please select an option below for a step-by-step guide: 

 
  •  Via UNIQLO PH App

     


    1. Find your desired item. Select preferred size and color, then click 【ADD TO CART】 on the bottom in same page.

    2.  Click 【CHECKOUT】 if you're done with the shopping.

    3. Select delivery option. (Delivery to Home Address or Click & Collect at any UNIQLO Stores).

    4. Utilize Coupon (if applicable)

    5. Choose your payment option.

    ● Cash on Delivery option will only appear if you select "HOME DELIVERY" as your delivery method.
    ● Pay in Store payment option will require you to secure your payment in your chosen store within 2 hours after placing your order. Failure to pay within the specified time in your selected store will automatically cancel your placed order.



    6. Click 【PLACE ORDER】 once everything is confirmed.

    7. You will receive an order confirmation email after payment made.


     

  •  Via Webstore

     

    1. Find desired item. Select preferred size and color and click 【ADD TO CART】.

    2. Click 【VIEW CART】 to review items in your cart.

    3. You may review the order summary and click 【COUPON】 if you have any coupon discount to use. Proceed 【CHECKOUT】 once confirmed.

    4. Select delivery option. (Delivery to Address or Click & Collect at UNIQLO Stores)

    5. Choose your payment option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How can I check my online purchases delivery status?
A. Home Delivery status can be checked through our Delivery Partner's tracking site once you have received the automated Shipment Confirmation Email with the tracking number.
For Click & Collect, you can track it by checking the "DETAILED STATUS" in your Order History on UNIQLO PH App.

Q. How can I check my Order Status?
A. Once you have placed your order, kindly note that it will still undergo standard processing in our Warehouse. Please note that all online orders will directly come from Warehouse and not from Physical Stores.

● Availing Online Alteration Service and ordering an item with "STOCK IN TRANSIT" tagging may affect order processing time.
