Q. What will happen if my online order has been returned back to UNIQLO warehouse?
If your Online Order has been returned back to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts or other uncontrollable external factors, it will automatically be processed for order cancellation.
• All order cancellation processes due to RTS (Return to Sender) will be final and orders cannot be reshipped anymore.
Refunds will only be provided to orders paid via Online Payment (Credit/Debit card) and Pay in Store (Various Methods).
• Cash on Delivery orders will only be cancelled as no payments were done if orders have been returned to sender.
• For Pay in Store online orders, please reach out to us via Webform (Email) through our Contact Us page.

❓ How to ensure your Home Delivery will be successfully delivered?
1. Please check your provided shipment address in your order if correct, accurate and based on the advised format.

Providing inaccurate address can greatly affect the delivery of your order.
Samples of Bad Address:
• Repetitive Address - brgy. 99, Brgy. 99. Pasay City
• Incomplete Address - 123, Brgy. 99. Pasay City / Street St. Brgy. 99, Pasay City / UNIQLO, Brgy. 99. Pasay City / Block 123 Lot 123, Brgy. 99, Pasay City
Village/Subdivision Addresses such as with Block, Lot and Street, kindly shorten your address using this format: B12L34 Street St. Name Subd.
Building Addresses should have the Unit Number: U123 Building Name Bldg. Street St.
Office Addresses should still have the Road/Street where the building is: Name of Office, Road Name Rd. Sample City
You may use Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps if you are unsure with your address as this may provide you exact Street Name / Road Name.
• Address Details section has 30 character limit only. If your address is long, please ensure to shorten it and include the important details such as House Number / Street Name.
2. Confirm if you have shared your active and accurate Mobile Number in your Shipment Details.
➥ If you have provided your active mobile number, please ensure that it is already correct before checking out your order.
Indicating an incorrect mobile number may result to the courier not being in contact with you before or during the delivery attempt. This may result to multiple failed delivery attempts.
If you have already ensured that your mobile number is already correct, please keep your phone line open as the assigned courier will be in touch with you via Call or Text. Failure to acknowledge this could also result to your order not being successfully delivered on that attempt.
3. Monitor your Delivery Tracking Status
➥ If you have already received your tracking number from the automated Shipment Confirmation Email that we send out to customers after our warehouse team handed over parcels to our delivery partner or via your UNIQLO PH App Order History, please ensure to regularly monitor your delivery tracking status. This will help you determine the exact day of your delivery based on the updates that will be provided.
