     a. Customers will receive one limited-edition KAWS paper bag per transaction when purchasing any item from the KAWS collection. (1 paper bag = 1 transaction only)

Q2. Will I receive a paper bag for every KAWS item purchased?
     a. No. One KAWS paper bag will be provided per transaction, regardless of the number of KAWS items purchased.

Q3. Is the KAWS paper bag available with online purchases?
     a. Yes. Eligible online purchases containing any KAWS collection item will receive one KAWS paper bag per order, while supplies last.

Q4. Is the KAWS paper bag available in all stores?
     a. No. The KAWS paper bag is available only for online purchases (via UNIQLO PH App / Webstore) and at select participating stores, while supplies last.

Q5. Which UNIQLO physical stores offer the KAWS paper bag?
     a. The KAWS paper bag is available at the select participating physical stores: UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store in Glorietta 5, UNIQLO SM North EDSA, UNIQLO SM Megamall, UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Greenhills, UNIQLO BGC High Street, UNIQLO Ayala Center Cebu, UNIQLO SM Lanang Premier

Q6. Can I purchase additional KAWS paper bags?
     a. No. Customers cannot purchase additional KAWS paper bag. It is strictly 1 paper bag per transaction.

Q7. Can I request a KAWS paper bag separately?
     a. No. The KAWS paper bag is only available for eligible transactions containing a KAWS collection purchase. 1 paper bag per transaction.

Q8. How do I claim my KAWS paper bag if I used Self-Checkout?
     a.  Simply present your receipt at the cashier after completing your purchase. A store staff member will assist with your paper bag claim, while supplies last. Please note that claiming period is only at the date and time of purchase. Claiming the paper bag on other days will no longer be accommodated.

Q9. How do I claim my KAWS paper bag for a Click & Collect order?
     a. For Click & Collect orders, the paper bag will be included in your parcel.

Q10. How do I claim my KAWS paper bag for a Home Delivery order?
     a. You will get your paper bag inside the shipment of your Home Delivery order.
