Q. Delivery | Delivery Methods, Coverage and Other Information

UNIQLO Philippines offers two (2) delivery options: Home Delivery and Click & Collect. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on shipping location and product availability. Your expected delivery date is shown at checkout, in your order history, and in your order confirmation email. *Expected delivery timeframes may vary due to the stock status.

Home Delivery

 Home Delivery is FREE for orders worth PHP 2500 or more (after coupons are applied). For orders below PHP 2500, shipping fee of PHP 120 will be added.

  • UNIQLO has partnered with WExpress for Home Deliveries.
  • For areas under Scheduled Service Area / Outside Service Area of WExpress: Delivery time will be adjusted by +1 to 2 days on top of the standard estimated delivery timeframe per area. Please visit this link to check the delivery schedule of your location: WExpress' Service Directory.
  • We will allocate additional delivery days for cases of unforeseen events such as Natural Calamities or Port Congestions. Delivery timeframe may be adjusted if there is an on-going delivery advisory from our logistics partner.
  • For Metro Manila orders: If you have placed your order online beyond 12 NN of the current day, it is bound for Standard Home Delivery
  • We do not have international shipping. Our online services are limited to domestic locations in Philippines.
  • ​​​*Orders with Online Alteration Request and Items In Transit is not applicable for Next Day Home Delivery.

Click & Collect

Orders with Click & Collect as the delivery method will be shipped to your selected UNIQLO Philippines store for your pick-up.

You will receive an automated email notification when your order is shipped out and another email when it is available for claiming at the store.

Standard estimated delivery time frame from when the order was placed:

Standard Click & Collect

  • The holding period of your Click & Collect order in the store is 14 days from its arrival date. Please contact your selected store within the pick up period for an extension. Kindly use Store Locator to get their contact number.
  • Failure to claim your Click & Collect order within the holding period will result to your order being returned back to our warehouse for refund processing. Process may take up to 14 to 30 working days upon receiving the order in the warehouse.
  • If you are not able to collect your order yourself, you may ask someone to collect it on your behalf. You may also use a courier service but kindly coordinate first with the store. Please note that they will need a copy of your Shipment Notification E-mail and Screenshot of Order History containing the Order Number of your Click & Collect order to proceed with the collection. Kindly coordinate with the store by contacting them directly before proceeding.
  • In line with our initiative, we would highly recommend you to bring your own reusable bag when you pick-up your Click & Collect order in store.
  • Special Notes: 
    ● We can only provide estimates, but more detailed information may be viewed on your Order Status once the items have been shipped. 
    ● You will receive an automated email confirmation once we have shipped out your order.
    ● Some products may required additional time for delivery due to Online Alteration service or Stock in Transit (stock availability).

Same Day and Next Day Click & Collect

  • Same Day Click & Collect Process
    • Orders placed and paid before 12 NN of the current day will be delivered on the Same Day, starting 7 PM in select stores offering Same Day Click & Collect
    • If you have missed out on finalizing your order before the 12 NN cut off for same day delivery in stores offering Same Day Click & Collect, it will now be bound for Next Day delivery.
    • This delivery method is not applicable for orders with online alteration request and items that are still in transit.
  • Next Day Click & Collect Process
    • Orders placed and paid after 12 NN of the current day will be delivered the Next Day, starting 7 PM in select stores offering Same Day Click & Collect.
    • This delivery method is not applicable for orders with online alteration request and items that are still in transit.

Q&A
  • Q. Do you deliver to my address?

    A. UNIQLO Philippines can only deliver to locations which are serviceable by our logistics partner in the Philippines. However, we do not deliver to: 

    • International addresses (Outside PH)
    • PO / Delivery Boxes
    • Freight forwarding addresses
  • Q. If I chose Cash on Delivery, will it be billed on my UNIQLO App Membership Address?

    A. No, Cash on Delivery payment method will be charged on the shipping address once it has been delivered.

  • Q. Can I still change the Click & Collect location of my order after it was shipped out?

    A. No, as it is not possible anymore due to system limitations. Please note that once you have placed your order online, it will be recorded and shipped on the store location you have chosen.

  • Q. Can someone receive my Home Delivery?

    A. Yes. Once the delivery courier contacts you regarding the imminent Home Delivery, you may kindly instruct the courier that someone from your household / address will receive it on behalf of you.

  • Q. What should I do if my Click & Collect order status has not been updated after several days already?

    A. To hasten the resolution, we would recommend you to kindly contact the store directly as they can verify the status of your Click & Collect order from their records.
