Delivery Methods
 

  • Home Delivery


    ► Online orders can be delivered at your preferred home address within the estimated standard delivery timeframe per area.
    ► For home delivery, kindly visit WExpress' Service Directory on this link: Service Directory to check if your location is serviceable.
    ► Next Day Home Delivery is available for Metro Manila areas only.

  • Click & Collect Delivery


    ► Online Orders will be delivered in your chosen UNIQLO Philippines physical store.
    ► Handled by our internal logistics partner and it will follow standard delivery timeframe for Click & Collect orders per area.
    ► You will be notified via Automated Email once your order has arrived in your chosen store.
    ► UNIQLO now offers Same Day Click & Collect! Order before 12NN and get your package starting 7PM onwards (not applicable for orders with online alteration and items that are still in transit).

Delivery Coverage (Delivery Serviceable Areas)

Due to recent adjustments, certain areas have become temporarily unserviceable for deliveries. Currently, the address / barangay selection in our online store is listing the serviceable areas by our delivery partner.

➥ If you have an alternative address, kindly indicate it on your shipment address to proceed with your online order. We are hoping for your kind understanding on this. 
Please note that we do not have International Shipping. UNIQLO Philippines Online Store can only cater to domestic locations which are serviceable by WExpress.

    1. Please check your provided shipment address in your order if correct, accurate and based on the advised format.

    Providing inaccurate address can greatly affect the delivery of your order.

    You may use Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps if you are unsure with your address as this may provide you exact Street Name / Road Name.
        • Address Details section has 30 character limit only. If your address is long, please ensure to shorten it and include the important details such as House Number / Street Name.

    Samples of Bad Address:
    • Repetitive Address - brgy. 99, Brgy. 99. Pasay City
    • Incomplete Address - 123, Brgy. 99. Pasay City / Street St. Brgy. 99, Pasay City / UNIQLO, Brgy. 99. Pasay City / Block 123 Lot 123, Brgy. 99, Pasay City

    Village/Subdivision Addresses such as with Block, Lot and Street, kindly shorten your address using this format: B12L34 Street Name St. Subd./Vill., City, Region

    Building/Condominium Addresses should have the Unit Number and Tower Number (if applicable): U123 Condominium / Building Name T1. Street (if still applicable).

    Office Addresses should still have the Road/Street where the building is: Office Name, Road/Street Name

    Provincial Addresses - If your area has Purok areas, please provide a local street name if applicable. Kindly ensure that you have also provided correct mobile number so our partner courier could contact you via Call for directions.
