■ Please note that all clothing items must be in a clean condition in order to execute a repair. Speak to our Repair Team in store for further advice on repair solutions.

● UNIQLO Manila is open from 10AM to 9PM Monday to Thursday, and 10AM to 10PM Friday to Sunday.

Q1. If I have multiple items and requested 2 or more repair type, how would the charges be calculated?
Each repair would be charged accordingly.
Multiple counts of the same repair type will still be chargeable at the same rate.
Example: Mending 1 hole on a sweater will be charged Php 200 mending 3 holes on the same sweater will still be charged Php 200.
If you need to mend 1 hole on another shirt, there will be another Php 100 to Php 200 charge, depending on the fabric type.
Please consult with the store staff on nature of repairs to ensure final breakdown of total repair costs.Q2. Can I request to collect the item at a different store?
No. Please be informed that the item only can be collected in the same store where you request the repair service.
Q3. Can I request for other repair services that are not included in the list above?
Our repair team is only able to provide the repair services listed above.
Q4. Can I request repair service for non-UNIQLO products?
Our repair service is only available for UNIQLO products.
Q5. Can I expect the replacement materials to be similar to the original on my UNIQLO clothes (i.e. buttons, thread color)
Our repair team will try our best to source the exact accessories for your LifeWear items. As some may be old season items, we may not have the exact accessories to fit your items for repair. In this case, the repair team will show the available accessories for your approval before we proceed to process the repairs.
The repair team will also show the expected output for the repairs before proceeding to process. Please consult with store staff at Re.UNIQLO Studio for further questions on this matter.

• The size of all available icons are fixed.
• The colors of the standard icons are fixed.
• The colors of the text / monochromatic icons can be completed in any of the 21 available colors thread.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I use my own design for the embroidery service?
■ We only provide selected design monochromatic / colored icons for the embroidery service. Original designs are unavailable at the moment.
2. How long I need to wait for the embroidery?■ The process will take around 30-60 minutes per item, subject to store capacity. There will be an additional time required if embroidery will be chosen as a garment repair solution.
Please consult with our staff at the RE.UNIQLO Studio counter on accurate pick-up availability.
3. What colors are available for the text/ monochromatic icons?■ You can choose colors available below for your text / monochromatic icons embroidery service:
Note: The design for colored icons is fixed to its original color and cannot be changed.
4. What is the text font size and maximum number of characters per embroidery service?■ Please find below list for each font size and each characters maximum limit:
5. Can I use the embroidery service for hole repairs on my items?■ Yes. The embroidery service is available for item repair. Our icon patches can accommodate small to medium hole repairs. Kindly consult with our staff at the RE.UNIQLO Studio counter to evaluate the eligibility of your chosen item.
