Order | Manual Sales Invoice Request and E-Invoice Guide

E-Invoice Information

Please be advised that the E-Invoice of your Online Purchase will be provided via email after your order has been shipped out. You may also check it on your UNIQLO PH App Purchase History. Kindly note that it is already BIR certified and it will serve as the Official Sales Invoice.

Requests for Manual Sales Invoice will no longer be accepted as the E-Invoice is already an approved BIR document. 
 

➥ Kindly note that your personal UNIQLO PH account membership details will be used for the E-Invoice.

If you wish to use the E-Invoice as your Sales Invoice for your Company purchase, please follow the steps below:
 

• Company E-Invoice Step by Step Guide

   

  1. Access your UNIQLO PH app / Website and click this Icon:
  
  
  
  2. Please select "Edit Profile" and kindly update your UNIQLO PH account details using your Company Details.
  
  
  
  3. Fill in the necessary information:
  
  

   

  Information Input
  • First Name - Input Your Company Name (30 character limit)
  • Last Name - 14 digit TIN (Format should be: TIN 123-456-789-12345)
   

  4. In UNIQLO PH App/Site - Select "UPDATE PROFILE" to update your Membership Details.
  5. Once done, please select your desired items in Online Store and proceed to Checkout.
  6. Please review your Checkout details and ensure that you are using the updated information with Company Details.
  7. Finalize your checkout.
  8. Your E-Invoice will also be sent as an Email once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
  
             
  
   A. You may also see it in your Purchase History in UNIQLO PH app. Kindly select [VIEW INVOICE COPY] after your order was shipped out from warehouse.
  
                         
  
  Note: You may also manually input your TIN number on the E-Invoice when you print it as hard copy if you cannot completely indicate the company name on the [FIRST NAME] option due to character limit. 
  
  
  
  
  The issued E-Invoice for the order is final and it cannot be modified.
   

Other Notes

■ Please note that E-Invoices can be used as an alternative document for product Return / Exchange of Online Orders. Kindly have this printed out as a hard copy if you wish to utilize this.
