  • Home Delivery

     

    Standard estimated delivery time frame after the order was placed:
    Metro Manila: Next day* for orders before 12 pm

       ➜ Metro Manila orders after 12 pm: 2 - 4 days
    ● Luzon: 3 - 8 days (additional 1 to 2 days for Ilocos, Bicol region)
    ● Visayas: 5 - 8 days
    ● Mindanao: 5 - 8 days (additional 1 to 2 days for Zamboanga region)

    UNIQLO has partnered with WExpress for Home Deliveries.
    ► For areas under Scheduled Service Area / Outside Service Area of WExpress: Delivery time will be adjusted by +1 to 2 days on top of the standard estimated delivery timeframe per area. Please visit this link to check the delivery schedule of your location: WExpress' Service Directory
    ► 
    We will allocate additional delivery days for cases of unforeseen events such as Natural Calamities or Port Congestions. Delivery timeframe may be adjusted if there is an on-going delivery advisory from our logistics partner.
    ► For Metro Manila orders: If you have placed your order online beyond 12 NN of the current day, it is bound for Standard Home Delivery
    ► You will receive an automated email confirmation with the tracking number once we have shipped out your order.
    ► Orders with Online Alteration Request and Items In Transit is not applicable for Next Day Home Delivery.

  • How To Track Home Deliveries

     

    How to track Home Delivery Orders in UNIQLO App via Order History

    1. Open UNIQLO App.
    2. Click "MEMBERSHIP" tab and go to "ORDER HISTORY".
    3. Look for the "Delivery Slip Number" and click on it to see your order's delivery tracking status.

    How to track Home Delivery Orders via your WExpress Tracking Site

    1. Get your tracking number on the shipment confirmation email or your order history.
    2. Go to WExpress Tracking Site and paste the tracking number, then click "Search".

    How to track Home Delivery Orders via your Shipment Confirmation Email

    1. Open your Shipment Confirmation Email that you have received from us once we have shipped out your order.
    2. Click the WExpress tracking number provided:  WUQPHTAGSXXXXXXXX
    3. You will be redirected to WExpress' tracking site to view the current tracking status.

  • ⚠️ Return To Sender


    ● If your home delivery order has exhausted the standard holding period of our delivery partner, it will be returned back to our warehouse for automatic cancellation already. 

    Cash on Delivery orders will be automatically cancelled.
    Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card) orders will be cancelled and it will be refunded based on the standard refund timeframe of banks.
    ‣ For online orders paid via Pay in Store and delivered via Home Delivery, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded to you based on the payment method used:
