  Q. Can I use more than one coupon for the same transaction?
  A.  You can only use one coupon for each transaction. Kindly refer to the Coupon Mechanics for eligibility and requirements. 
  
  
  Q. Can I add a coupon code to my order after it has been placed?
  A. If you are using a coupon, make sure to input the coupon code prior to checking out and confirming your order. Once payment has been made and order has been confirmed, you can no longer use or apply any of your Uniqlo coupons. You have an option to cancel the order if the Cancel button is still available, and reorder your item/s. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the items you have selected will still be available if you cancel the order.
  
  
  Q. How do I add a promotion coupon code to my order?
  A. If you are using a coupon, make sure to input the coupon code prior to checking out and confirming your order. Once payment has been made and order has been confirmed, you can no longer use or apply any of your Uniqlo coupons. You'll see that the subtotal of your order will change to reflect the discounted or coupon value.
  
  You have an option to cancel the order if the Cancel button is still available, and reorder your item/s. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the items you have selected will still be available if you cancel the order. It is important to note that we are unable to reimburse any discounts for failing to enter a code at checkout. However, for as long as your coupon code is valid, you can apply it to future orders. New account holders may receive a first time registration and/or a birthday coupon directly linked to their UNIQLO account after registering to our website. These coupons will be readily available in your coupon wallet during your checkout process.
  
  Please remember that in order to see and use your coupons YOU MUST REGISTER to our website and LINK your account to your Uniqlo App before attempting to make your online purchase.
   

  How to use a coupon for an online purchase: 
  1. Go to your cart and review your items
  2. Click on the [COUPONS] tab and select a coupon (subject to eligibility)
  
  3. Click on [SELECT] then [APPLY]
  
  
  
  4. Check Order Summary if coupon amount has reflected
  
  
  5. Proceed with [CHECKOUT]
  
  
  How to use a coupon for a store purchase:
  1. Click on [MEMBERSHIP]
  2. Click on the [COUPONS] tab
  3. DO NOT click on the [REDEEM] button. Only our cashiers should be the one to do this
   

  Q. Why can't I see any coupons?
  A. Coupons earned should be reflected in your UNIQLO account. 
  
  How to access your coupons:

  2. Select the [COUPONS] tab
  
  Q. I accidentally tapped the "use" button on the coupon. Is there a way to have the coupon re-issued?
  A. Unfortunately, coupons cannot be re-issued if you have already redeemed it.
