How to Recover Your Password

If you are having trouble logging in or you cannot remember your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. 



2. Enter your registered e-mail address



3. Wait for the Email that will be sent to your email address that contains the password recovery link. Once you have received it, please click on it to redirect on the reset password page.

    Note: Please ensure that your email platform still has enough storage to receive emails. Kindly check also your Junk/Spam folder as automated emails may be redirected by your email platform.

4. Input your New Password on the required fields. Kindly follow the instructions.




You will receive an email to reset your account password. Please check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up there.

• If you do not receive the email, it may be because you do not have a registered account with us. As a reminder, once you have registered an account using your e-mail address, you cannot reuse the same e-mail in order to create a new UNIQLO account. In addition, kindly ensure that you have enough storage to accept new emails. 

• You can get in touch with our friendly Customer Support Team via our Contact Us page or any available channels below, and they can further investigate or assist with resetting your account password.

Answer: Please ensure that the spelling of registered email address is correct.

If you still encounter this message, it may indicate that your email address is not registered as a member account. This may happen if you have used the UNIQLO APP without completing membership registration.
