1. What is the UNIQLO Pokémon RUN 30 Raffle Promotion?

• Customers who purchase any combination of two (2) participating Pokémon UT and/or Pokémon UTme! items from September 7 to 13, 2026 can get a chance to win a Pokémon RUN 30: Philippine Edition race slot.

• A total of 100 winners will be selected.

2. How do I join the raffle?

Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Purchase any combination of two (2) participating Pokémon UT and/or Pokémon UTme! items in a single transaction.
Step 2: Scan your UNIQLO App Member ID at checkout.

Step 4: Receive one (1) raffle entry.

3. What are the participating products?

4. Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

• There is no minimum spend requirement.

• Customers must purchase any combination of two (2) participating Pokémon UT and/or Pokémon UTme! items in a single transaction.

5. Is this applicable in all UNIQLO stores?

• Yes. This promotion is available in all UNIQLO stores nationwide.

• The promotion is also applicable to purchases made through the UNIQLO Online Store.

6. Can this promotion be used with other existing UNIQLO promos?

• Yes. This promotion may be used in conjunction with other ongoing UNIQLO promotions, provided all raffle requirements are met.

7. What prizes can I win?

• One hundred (100) winners will each receive one (1) Pokémon RUN 30: Philippine Edition race slot.

Important:

• The prize consists of a race slot only.

• Transportation, accommodation, meals, and other expenses related to participation shall be borne by the winner.

• The prize is not convertible to cash but is transferable, subject to the event organizer's registration requirements.

8. How do I scan my UNIQLO App ID?

• Open the UNIQLO App before reaching the cashier.

• Tap the Membership button at the bottom of the screen.

• Present the barcode displayed under your Membership ID to the cashier for scanning before payment.

• Ensure the cashier has successfully scanned your Membership ID before completing your purchase.

9. I forgot to scan my UNIQLO App ID when I purchased. Can I still join the raffle?

• Unfortunately, customers who did not scan their UNIQLO App ID upon checkout will not be eligible to join the raffle.

10. How will I know if my App ID was successfully scanned during purchase?
You may verify through the UNIQLO App:

• Open your UNIQLO App.

• Go to Membership > Membership Data > Purchase History.

• If your transaction appears in your purchase history, your App ID was successfully scanned. Please note reflection on your App is within 24 hours after the transaction time based on your receipt.

You may also verify through your receipt:

• Check whether your UNIQLO Membership ID number appears on the receipt.

11. Can I earn more than one raffle entry if I make multiple purchases?

• No.

• One (1) registered UNIQLO App ID is entitled to only one (1) raffle entry during the promo period, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.

• A participant may only win once.

12. Can I join if I shop online?

• Yes.

• Customers who purchase through the UNIQLO Online Store may participate provided they are logged in to their registered UNIQLO App account at the time of purchase and successfully complete the promo registration form.

13. When is the promo period?

• September 7 to 13, 2026.

• Entries must be submitted no later than September 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

14. When will the raffle draw take place?

• The raffle draw will be conducted on September 14, 2026

15. How will I know if I won?

• Winners will be notified through their registered email address and/or mobile number linked to their UNIQLO App account.

• Winners will also be announced on the official UNIQLO Philippines Facebook page on or before September 18, 2026.

16. How do I claim my prize?

• Winners will receive a unique registration access code and instructions via email.

• Winners must submit:

  • One (1) valid government-issued ID bearing the winner's complete name and photograph; and

  • Any information required for race registration and validation.

• Winners must claim and register their race slot within seven (7) days from receipt of notification.

17. What happens if I do not claim my prize?

• Winners who fail to claim and register their race slot within seven (7) days from receipt of notification shall forfeit the prize in favor of Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc., with prior DTI approval.
