  Promo Mechanics:
  
  1.  Customers must be registered UNIQLO PH App member. Non-members, must download the UNIQLO PH App and register completely.
  2.  Customers must purchase participating Winter essentials at any UNIQLO store nationwide, or Online through website (www.uniqlo.com/ph) or UNIQLO PH App.

       ● Store customers must scan UNIQLO PH App Membership ID upon payment.

       ● Online customers (website or UNIQLO PH App) must log in when purchasing.

  4. Promo runs from October 10, 2025 to October 31, 2025 only. Deadline for submission of entries is on October 31, 2025. 
  5. For every purchase of one (1) participating item, customers are entitled to one (1) electronic raffle entry.
        ● To earn raffle entries, customers must completely fill-up the online registration form. Multiple entries are allowed as long as it matches the purchase of the participating items on your receipt: LINK
  6. Total of 2 winners will be drawn. Prize of each winner: Two (2) round-trip tickets to Tokyo, Japan via Philippine Airlines inclusive of 20% WHT tax paid by UNIQLO Philippines.

       ● Other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the free flight prize shall be shouldered by the winner; such as VISA processing, travel tax collected at the airport, meals, transportation, lodging, etc.

       ● Determination of winners will be online, on November 4, 2025 at 1:00PM in the presence of a DTI representative. Announcement of winners will be on November 11, 2025.

       ● The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.

       ● Winners shall be notified via registered mail and email address (to be sent by UNIQLO Philippines Customer Service’s email address), and their names will be posted at UNIQLO Philippines’ Facebook page.

       ● A customer can only win once. To claim the prize, winners must coordinate with UNIQLO Philippines’ Customer Service on the preferred schedule. 

       ● If claiming thru an authorized representative, present a signed letter of authorization, and IDs of both the winner and authorized representative.

        ● Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice, or it will be forfeited in favor of UNIQLO Philippines with prior approval of DTI.

        ● All employees of UNIQLO Philippines and its other corporate partners  i.e ad agency, merchants etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

  
  
  Terms & Conditions:
  
  1. Customers will receive one (1) raffle entry for every one (1) purchase of participating items – upon scanning of their UNIQLO App Membership ID during checkout at the store.
       1a. For customers purchasing online, raffle entry will automatically be registered as part of the raffle promo entries. Multiple entries are allowed. 
  2. Customers must complete the registration process for UNIQLO PH App Membership. Customers should completely indicate the required details on their App Account to join the promotion.
  3. Winners will be notified through email. Verification will be conducted accordingly - Name and birthdates of the winner as seen on their passports should match the details registered on their UNIQLO app membership. Raffle prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash. 
  4. To receive a Prize, the winner must also sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability. UNIQLO will not shoulder logistics, transportation, and/or miscellaneous expenses winners might incur in availing of the raffle prize. 
         a. Winners will be responsible for the Travel Tax payment.
         b. UNIQLO PH will not cover Visa Processing fees of winners.
  5. Markdown items, and faulty items in markdown prices are not included in this promotion.

    Q1. Can this promotion be used with other existing UNIQLO promos?
    ● This promo can be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos under UNIQLO Philippines provided that the customer’s purchase has a single receipt with a purchase of any participating item. Markdown items, and faulty items in markdown prices are not included in this promotion.
    
    Q2. Is there a minimum purchase requirement to get the freebies?
    ● There is no minimum purchase requirement, provided that the customer’s purchase has a single receipt with the purchase of participating items.

    Q4. If I purchase participating items in different dates during the promotion period, do I get multiple entries?
    ● Yes, multiple entries are allowed.
    
    Q5. Will I receive confirmation that I have been successfully entered into the giveaway?
    ● No, you will not receive confirmation that you have successfully entered the giveaway. However, UNIQLO is tracking all entries in the system based on the UNIQLO App’s history purchase. Although you will not receive a notification, we can guarantee that our systems have entered you into the giveaway for a chance to win. 
    
    Q6. How will I know if my App ID was successfully scanned during purchase? / How do I know if I was able to record my raffle entry?
    ● You can verify if your purchase was successfully recorded by checking your UNIQLO App:
            1. Open your UNIQLO PH App.
            2. Go to Membership > Membership Data > Purchase History.
            3. If your transaction appears here, it means your App ID was successfully scanned and your transaction is already recorded as part of the promotion.
    
                 
    
    Please note that the reflection of the purchase in Purchase History will be done 24 hours after the listed transaction date and time from your receipt.

    Q7. How do I ensure that there is fairness in this raffle?
    ● This promotion is registered in the DTI Sales and Promotion. Raffle will be conducted according to the set rules.

    ● Yes. Promotion is valid at all UNIQLO stores nationwide, UNIQLO Online (www.uniqlo.com/ph) and UNIQLO App.
    
    Q9. Are Click and Collect orders eligible? 
    ● Yes, Click and Collect orders are eligible. 
    
    Q10. What is the prize?
    ● 2 winners will each receive 2 round trip tickets from the Philippines to Tokyo, Japan via Philippine Airlines. Other expenses winners will incur in availing of the raffle prize, will not be shouldered by UNIQLO.
    
    Q11. I currently do not have a Japan visa. Will this be covered and processed by UNIQLO?
    ● No. The promo only covers airfare tickets via Philippine Airlines. Winners should process and shoulder their Japan visa application.
