2. Customers must present and scan their UNIQLO App ID upon check out to qualify. Failure to provide their UNIQLO App ID during payment will not be eligible to join.

3. One (1) UNIQLO App ID is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. Customers without the UNIQLO App must download and complete the registration first in order to participate.

4.  A raffle draw will be conducted on May 20, 2025 to identify the nine (9) winners of the Garmin Vivoactive 6 GPS Smartwatch, in the presence of a DTI representative.

5.  The winners will be announced by May 23, 2025 through UNIQLO Philippines’ Facebook page and will be contacted by the UNIQLO Customer Center with instructions on how to claim their prize.

  ● Simply follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Purchase any participating Sport Utility Wear item at UNIQLO Mall of Asia from May 9 to 15, 2025.

  • Step 2: Scan your UNIQLO App Member ID at the cashier upon checkout.

  • One (1) UNIQLO App ID is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry only, regardless of the number of transactions or items purchased.

  ● No, this promo is only exclusively available in UNIQLO Mall of Asia physical store.
  
  6. Can this promotion be used with other existing UNIQLO promos?
  ● This promo can be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos under UNIQLO Philippines provided that the customer has purchased from UNIQLO Mall of Asia store between May 9 to 12, 2025.
  
  7. What prizes can I win?
  ● Winners will each receive one (1) Garmin vívoactive 6 GPS Smartwatch.

  • A total of 9 winners will be selected.

  • Watch colors will be assigned randomly and cannot be chosen, changed, or exchanged.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash or any other item.

  
  8. How to scan my UNIQLO App ID?
  ● Open your UNIQLO App before reaching the cashier. Tap the “Membership” button at the bottom of the screen Present the QR code displayed under your Membership ID to the cashier for scanning before payment. Ensure the cashier has successfully scanned your Membership ID to record your transaction.
  
  9. I forgot to scan my UNIQLO App ID when I purchased. Can I still join the raffle?
  ● Unfortunately, customers who did not scan their UNIQLO App ID upon checkout will not be eligible for the raffle.
  
  10. How will I know if my App ID was successfully scanned during purchase?
  ● You can verify if your store purchase was successfully recorded by checking your UNIQLO App after 24 hours from your transaction date:

  • Open your UNIQLO App.

  • Go to Membership > Membership Data > Purchase History.

  • If your transaction appears here, it means your App ID was successfully scanned.

  
  ● You can also verify through your physical receipt:

  • Check if your UNIQLO App Membership ID is reflected before the list of items on your receipt.
    
    

  
  11. Can I earn more than one raffle entry if I make multiple purchases?
  ● No. Only one (1) raffle entry per UNIQLO App ID will be counted, even if multiple purchases are made.
  
  12. Can I join if I shop online?
  ● No. This promotion is exclusive to purchases made at the UNIQLO Mall of Asia Redefined physical store only.
  ● Click & Collect orders delivered to UNIQLO Mall of Asia and Online order/s paid via Pay in Store through UNIQLO Mall of Asia are not applicable.
  
  13. When is the raffle period?
  ● Purchases must be made from May 9 to May 15, 2025.
  
  14. How will I know if I won?
  ● Winners will be notified through the registered email address linked to their UNIQLO App account. Please ensure your App information is updated.
  
  15. How do I claim my prize?
  ● Detailed instructions on how to claim your prize will be provided in the winner notification email.
  ● Winners must present a valid ID and show their UNIQLO App account registered under the winning entry.
  ● Prizes must be claimed personally or by an authorized representative with proper authorization documents.
  ● Winners must claim their prize within 60 days from the date of notification.
  ● Prizes not claimed within 60 days will be forfeited.
