UNIQLO Gift Cards

• UNIQLO Gift Cards (In-Store Purchase)

  
  If you would like to purchase UNIQLO Gift Cards, accepted store payments are:
  ● Cash
  ● Debit or credit card
  ● E-wallet or QR payments. 
  
  We offer gift cards in the following denominations:
  ● PHP 500
  ● PHP 1000
  ● PHP 2000
  
  ● Gift cards can only be purchased at any of our branches. We do not sell e-gift cards or gift cards online.
  ● Gift cards can only be used for purchasing merchandise in our physical stores. It can be presented as full or part payment. It cannot be used to pay for alteration fees or to purchase other gift cards. 
  ● Gifts cards cannot be used for online orders. 
  ● Gift cards do not expire and cannot be reloaded. 
  
  Uniqlo Philippines is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of Gift card.  
  
  To check the available balance, you may visit any of our stores and ask one of our staff to assist you or you may reach out to our Customer Support Team through our Webform Inquiry via Contact Us.

• UNIQLO Gift Cards (Bulk Order Purchase)

  
  If you would like to purchase more than 50pcs of UNIQLO Gift Cards it will be processed as a Bulk Order.

  Accepted modes of payments:

  ● Bank Transfer
  ● Check/Bank Deposit
  
  We offer gift cards in the following denominations:
  ● PHP 500
  ● PHP 1000
  ● PHP 2000
  
  Gift Card Bulk Order Terms & Conditions
  • Order processing is from 2 to 4 weeks upon payment validation. Completion of order will depend on the quantity of order and stock availability.
           o Only when the payment has been validated, will the Gift cards be loaded. Gift card amount reflection may take up to 24 hours.
  • Gift cards can only be claimed at your selected UNIQLO stores. We do not offer delivery services.
  • We do not offer any type of discount for Gift card purchases as these are not considered as merchandise.
  • We do not issue Official Receipt / Sales Invoice for Gift card purchase.
  •  Acknowledgement Receipt is the only document to be issued by UNIQLO Philippines, and it can only be processed once required documents have been submitted by the client (kindly allot additional 6 – 7 days of enrollment period in UNIQLO Philippines system):
            o Gift Card Order Form (will be provided by UNIQLO Bulk Order Team)
            o Filled out Business Partner Information Form (will be provided by UNIQLO Bulk Order Team)
            o BIR 2303 of the company
  
  Important Notice: Bulk Order Gift Cards Denomination Sticker
  • Please note that we will only be attaching the denomination amount on the Gift Card box and not on each Gift Card. Sticker labels and Gift Card Sleeves won't be applied to each card but it will be available upon request of the client. Sample photo of how the Gift Card order will look can be requested before ordering.
