Promo Mechanics:
1. In celebration of Father’s Day, a UTme! Art Contest will be held from June 12 to 22, 2025. The theme of the contest is “Pun and Games with Dad”.
2. The contest is open to all Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines, aged 18 and above, regardless of gender.
3. Entries must be an original artistic interpretation of the theme “Pun and Games with Dad”
4. To enter the contest, participant must do the following:
a. Become a UNIQLO App Member
b. Purchase any UTme T-Shirt or Tote Bag from June 12 to 22 at UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, UNIQLO Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Nuvali Roadside Store, UNIQLO SM Seaside City Cebu, or UNIQLO SM Lanang Premier, and scan his/her UNIQLO App Membership ID upon checkout.
c. Print the original design based on the theme on the purchased T-Shirt or Tote Bag through the UTme! Printing Service
d. Fill out the registration form and upload your custom design and a photo of the printed design on the UTme T-Shirt or Tote Bag by accessing this link: bit.ly/utmefathersday.
i. The submitted design should be an original design, and should be submitted in a digital art format (.png or .jpg only).
ii. Required information:
1. Full name
2. UNIQLO App Membership ID
3. Email Address
4. City Address
5. Deadline of submission is on June 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
6. One (1) winner will be announced on UNIQLO PH’s official social media pages on June 27, 2025 and will receive the following prizes:
a. Php 10,000 worth of UNIQLO Shopping Spree at any of the following UNIQLO stores: UNIQLO MANILA Global Flagship Store, UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Nuvali Roadside Store, UNIQLO SM Seaside City Cebu, or UNIQLO SM Lanang Premier.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Article 1. Summary and Objective of the Contest.
a. This contest is intended to solicit Artwork under the theme of “Father’s Day” for T-shirt designs (the “Contest”). A purchase of one (1) UTme T-shirt is necessary to enter the Contest. After Uniqlo reviews the Artworks, Uniqlo and its partners will review the Artworks and select winning Artworks (the “Winning Artwork” or “Winning Artworks”). This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part. The Winning Artworks may be publicized through UNIQLO’s social media accounts, through in-store materials, and in other platforms of UNIQLO. Detailed rules of the Contest are set out as below:
i. Submission period: June 12 (Thursday) to June 22, 2025 (Sunday) Philippine Time (UT C/GMT +9 hours) 23:59.
b. Eligibility
i. The Contest is open to all Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines, aged 18 and above, regardless of gender.
ii. All employees of Fast Retailing Philippines Inc., their partners and affiliates including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
c. Design Guidelines
i. Please make sure that your submitted design does not include the following prohibited content. We may not be able to accept orders and entries which fail to adhere to our design guidelines.
1. Unauthorized contents that infringe on third party rights:
a. Names, portraits, photographs, and/ or other contents of celebrities, entertainers, and famous characters.
b. Photographs of other individuals, where the person is identifiable.
c. Names, brand names, logos, and/or other contents which express famous companies and famous brands.
2. Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and AI generated artworks.
3. Inappropriate immoral content: - Indecent or vulgar language or content.
a. Content that causes disgust, discomfort, or anxiety.
b. Content that could tarnish the reputation or cause other harm to a third party.
c. Antisocial content.
d. Political content.
4. Other content that is deemed to be inappropriate.
d. Judging
i. Judging will be done on June 26, 2025. A DTI representative shall be invited to witness the determination of winners.
ii. Criteria (Total 100%)
1. Creativity and Originality - 40%
a. The uniqueness of the designs and how well it presents a fresh take on Father’s Day
2. Relevance to Theme - 30%
a. How well the design shows a fun, thoughtful, and entertaining way to celebrate Father’s Day
3. Visual Impact & Appeal - 30%
a. The overall aesthetic, color harmony, and balance of the design
iii. Judges

e. Manner of examination: Uniqlo and its partners will review the Artworks and will, at their sole discretion, select the Winning Artworks that best reflect the Contest theme. Uniqlo’s decision is final, and no correspondence for appeal will be entered into with entrants.
f. Notification to Winner: The entrant that has submitted the Winning Artwork (the “Winners”) will be notified individually via e-mail and registered mail. The notification is scheduled to be made between June 26-27, 2025.
g. Display of Winning Artwork: The Artwork selected as Winning Artwork may be publicized through UNIQLO’s social media accounts or through in-store materials.
h. Prize
i. UNIQLO shopping spree worth Php 10,000 (valid until 60 days after the receipt of notification via participant’s email address and registered mail).
1. The winner may only use the prize in one store visit.
2. Prize is not transferable or convertible to actual cash.
3. The prize may be claimed in any of the following stores:
a. UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia
b. UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store
c. UNIQLO Nuvali Roadside Store
d. UNIQLO SM Seaside City Cebu
e. UNIQLO SM Lanang Premier
4. The shopping spree may be claimed by the winning customer from Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The winner must inform the UNIQLO Customer Center of their desired store and schedule of shopping spree at least one (1) week prior to the desired date.
5. The total amount of the shopping spree must be within P10,000. If the total amount is in excess of P10,000 (e.g. P10,500), the excess item needs to be paid in full by the winner. Any unused amount from the P10,000 shopping spree is non-refundable and is not convertible to cash.
6. Items redeemed in the shopping spree cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
2. Article 2. Entry.
a. Entrants shall submit their Artworks in accordance with the Rules and all entry instructions provided on the Registration Form.
b. By entering the Contest, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Rules and all entry instructions form part of the Rules.
c. Entrants shall be responsible for accuracy of the data submitted for their entries and shall submit the data by themselves.
d. Uniqlo reserves the right at its sole discretion not to consider, and exclude or disqualify any entry without prior notice, where (1) the entrant is and/or was deemed to be acting/ have acted in violation of the Rules or any rules of other similar contests, or abusing or tampering with the operation of the Rules or any rules of other similar contests, (2) the information which entrants submitted includes false information, or (3) any other reason that Uniqlo considers in its sole and absolute discretion as being inappropriate to accept an entry.
e. Promo is valid in UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Nuvali Roadside Store, UNIQLO SM Seaside City Cebu, and UNIQLO SM Lanang Premier.
f. The promotion runs from June 12-22, 2025.
g. Customers must have their UNIQLO App ready and must be a registered user upon check out. Failure to provide their UNIQLO App ID during payment will not be eligible to join. Registration takes less than 3 minutes on the UNIQLO App by inputting customer information such as: (1) Email, (2) Name, (3) Password, (4) Complete Address, (5) Birthday, (6) Gender, and agreeing to terms of use and privacy policy indicated.
h. Customer must have their UNIQLO app barcode scanned during checkout at UNIQLO MANILA Global Flagship Store, UNIQLO SM Mall of Asia, UNIQLO Nuvali Roadside Store, UNIQLO SM Seaside City Cebu, and UNIQLO SM Lanang Premier from June 12-22, 2025 for the purchase to be recorded in the app.
i. After completing their purchase and having their app barcode scanned at checkout, customers must proceed to fill out the Google Form with their Name, Email Address, UNIQLO App ID, and upload their custom UTme design.
3. Article 3. Representation and Warranty.
a. Entrants represent and warrant or covenant as follows with respect to the submission of Artwork:
i. The submission has not been made in another person’s name or with false information.
ii. The Artwork is an entirely original work of the entrant. In case that the entrant is a representative of a group with two or more people who have developed the Artwork together, such people have read and accepted the Rules, as well as all other terms and conditions provided from time to time by Uniqlo in connection with the Contest.
iii. Entrants have not entered into any agreement with any third party that contradicts or infringes any of the provisions of the Rules, as well as all other terms and conditions provided from time to time by Uniqlo in connection with the Contest.
iv. Entrants have all exclusive legal rights in regard to the Artwork.
v. In no circumstances does the Artwork infringe any rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, publicity, privacy or reputation.
vi. The Artwork was newly created by the entrants only for the Contest, and the Artwork has never been published before no matter in whatever channels and/or via what kind of form. (At least, the Artwork has never been published until Uniqlo publishes Winning Artworks on the Website)
vii. Entrants do/will not have recourse to artificial intelligence to generate any parts of the Artwork.
viii. Entrants do/will not: a) use images, illustrations or statements in their Artworks related to, but not limited to, alcohol drinking, smoking, excessive violence, blood, offensive words, political or religious meanings, implicit or explicit sexual remarks, b) use representations which include, evoke or imitate specific persons or intellectual properties which belong to other third parties, including but not limited to characters, brands, logos, images, illustrations, styles, compositions and linguistic expressions, regardless of whether with approvals from licensors or not, c) disclose confidential information of Uniqlo or its partners which entrants may receive according to the Contest, d) cause any damages to Uniqlo, its partners or any third parties, e) violate public morals and good order or f) violate or potentially violate any applicable laws.
ix. To the extent the Artwork contains any Personal Information (including images of living individuals), the entrant has obtained written permission from the individual to use such Personal Information for the purposes of the Contest (such permission to be produced upon request).
4. Article 4. Rights of Artworks and Grant of Rights.
a. Notwithstanding Entrants’ rights in and to the Artworks and Derivative Works, entrants agree that they shall not use the Artworks, the Derivative Works or any part thereof for any purpose other than entering the Contest such as submitting them for other design competitions from the time of entering the Contest until the announcement of the Winning Artworks by Uniqlo. After Uniqlo’s announcement of the Winning Artworks of the Contest, entrants may use the Artworks and the Derivative Works, which were not selected as the Winning Artworks of the Contest. Such announcement shall be made by Uniqlo publishing the final Winning Artworks on its official website. The announcement is planned to be made by June 27, 2025, but Uniqlo may determine such schedule at its sole discretion.
The one (1) Winner shall grant Uniqlo a royalty-free right to, directly or through its affiliates and contractors, use the Winning Artworks for publishing in its website and other social media pages for promotion purposes and for internal purposes (including, but not limited to, internal events, awards shows, company history materials, show reels, and collection portfolio), IR materials (including, but not limited to, business report, annual report, and sustainability report), and any other non-commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, archival display in sales channels and exhibitions, and sustainability activities).
b. In relation to the use of the Artworks on the products, Winners will be credited on the Uniqlo website and its social media pages, but not on the products themselves. In relation to Uniqlo’s use of the Artworks for internal and non-commercial purposes, Uniqlo will endeavor to credit the Winner as the artist, subject to any formatting restrictions which prevent it from doing so.
c. Uniqlo may request the Winners or an entrant to sign and submit a form to confirm the attribution of all rights in the Artworks, by a date specified.
5. Article 5. Information of Entrants.
a. Uniqlo is responsible for the collection and management of entrants’ personal data. Uniqlo shall use personal information of the entrants in accordance with the Uniqlo Privacy Policy, which is available on Uniqlo’s website and for publishing the winner’s name on its website and in its social media pages. By entering the Contest, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted Uniqlo’s Privacy Policy.
6. Article 6. Information Control.
a. Uniqlo may delete, at its sole discretion and without notice to entrants, from promotional materials, Website and other websites operated by Uniqlo, publications related to Contest, a part or all of the Artwork or other information that:
i. Contains words or images that may harm any third parties or Uniqlo, or words or images of a derogatory, lewd, violent and/or malicious nature;
ii. Uniqlo determines, at its sole discretion, that words or images contained in the Artwork or information may infringe the intellectual properties or other rights of a third party;
iii. Contains Personal Information, such as a name, address, telephone number, and/or e-mail address;
iv. Contains potentially harmful content, including unauthorized computer programs or viruses;
v. Potentially violates the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; must be removed as ordered by an administrative agency or public agency for legal reasons; or as Uniqlo has determined at its sole discretion, contains content considered inappropriate for submission to the Contest.
7. Article 7. Website Maintenance.
a. Uniqlo may take the Website offline, in whole or in part, without prior notice to the entrants, if:
i. Required for regular and emergency maintenance of systems related to the Website;
ii. A fire, electrical failure, or interference by third parties makes it difficult to operate the Website; or
iii. Uniqlo considers it necessary to discontinue the Website.
8. Article 8. Disclaimer.
a. Uniqlo and its affiliates shall not be liable for the followings:
i. Any damage or inconvenience to other entrants or third parties caused by the use of the Website by entrants;
ii. Any damage or inconvenience to the entrants from the inability to use the Website or to submit an entry via the Website or other use of the Website for any reason;
iii. Any damage or inconvenience to the entrants from the failure to receive an entry or inaccurate information as a result of technical/telecommunications failure; and
iv. Any and all liabilities, losses or damages arising from or in connection with the award, receipt, use or misuse of prizes and/or participation in any prize related activities.
Uniqlo reserves the right to cancel or suspend a part or all of the Contest at its sole discretion should viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Uniqlo or the Contest administrators corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest. In such cases, Uniqlo may award prizes by a drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension. Uniqlo and its affiliates are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by any of the equipment, programming or personnel associated with or utilized in this Contest.
Uniqlo may withdraw prizes without prior notice to an entrant, irrespective of the originality of the Artwork submitted by the entrant, if similar artwork is already publicly available from outside Uniqlo stores.
9. Article 9. Compliance with Rules
a. Entrants shall comply with the Rules, as well as all other terms and conditions provided from time to time by Uniqlo in connection with the Contest.
b. If an entrant brce with Rules.eaches or is reasonably considered by Uniqlo to breach the provisions of the preceding Article9-A, Uniqlo may reject or disqualify such entrant’s entry to the Contest or may withdraw prizes and/or cease merchandising of t-shirts with Winning Artworks at its sole discretion.
c. In the event that a Winner has been disqualified from the Contest for any reasons, such Winner shall be responsible for the return of all prizes to Uniqlo at his/her own expense within 30 days of such notification.
d. IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF THE RULES BY AN ENTRANT, UNIQLO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE BY LAW. ENTRANTS SHALL AT ALL TIMES REMAIN LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF THE RULES BY THE ENTRANT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE EXPENSES AND LOSSES INCURRED IN THE TERMINATION OF MERCHANDISING AND DAMAGES DUE TO ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS.
10. Article 11. Others.
a. Entrants shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with the submission and/or creation of Artwork to the Contest, including installation fees for computer devices and telecommunications devices, telephone charges, and internet provider fees.
b. Entrants shall use any of the browsers recommended below for submission to the Contest via the Website.

c. The Rules may be amended without prior notice to entrants.
d. Any issues with the Contest or the Website that cannot be resolved hereunder shall be settled by negotiations in good faith between the entrant and Uniqlo.
