  2. Purchase must be made on September 5, 2025 at UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store.

    How do I claim the freebie at UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store?
    ➥ Customers must have a single purchase receipt with a minimum purchase of PHP 500 and have their app scanned during the promo period. After making the purchase, customers must present their receipt and app membership barcode at the novelty booth located at the UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store. Customers must play the gachapon to determine the free item that they will win. Whatever voucher is inside the gachapon ball that he/she will get will be the prize. 
    
    Can I choose the freebie?
    ➥ The customers must play the game to determine the free item they will win. Customers may not exchange the free item to another if they have it already.
    
    Are Click & Collect Orders included in the promotion?
    ➥ Click & Collect orders are not included in this promotion.
    
    Are pay in store transactions for online orders included in the promotion?

  Mechanics:
  1. Customers can get 1 FREE UNIQLO Thermal Mug for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 (after coupon and discounts; excluding alteration, and paper bag fee) in UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store from September 5 to 11, 2025.
  2. Customers must scan their UNIQLO app membership barcode or download the UNIQLO app and register as a member in the UNIQLO PH app upon purchase to avail of the novelty item.
  
  
  Terms and Conditions: 
  1. Promo is valid in UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store only.
  2. For every minimum purchase of P3,000 (after coupon and discounts; excluding alteration and paper bag fees) of any UNIQLO item at UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store, customers will get one (1) Thermal Mug.
  3. Customers must have the UNIQLO app and must be registered as a member upon purchase.
  4. Customers may claim their free item at the booth in the front of the store after payment by showing their eligible receipt.

  Mechanics:
  1. Customers must shop at UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store from September 12 to 21, 2025 with no minimum spend.
  2. Customers must register in UNIQLO PH app as a member and customers must provide their complete membership details in the App.
  3. Customer must scan their UNIQLO app membership barcode during the store transaction. 
  4. Customers must turn on their UNIQLO PH app notifications for a chance to be one of the 5 lucky winners to get a Dining Experience for four (4) pax in Bale Dutung.
  
  
  Terms and Conditions: 
  1. Purchase must be made at UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store from September 12 to 21, 2025.
  2. Promo is valid for UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store purchases only including Pay In Store payment for online orders. Purchases from other UNIQLO Physical Stores, Online and Click & Collect transactions will not be accepted. 
  3. Promo is applicable only to UNIQLO PH App Members. Customers must scan their UNIQLO App Membership ID during check out at the cashier to be able to participate in the raffle.
  4. If a customer does not have the UNIQLO app, the customer must download the UNIQLO App and register completely before proceeding to the cashier for payment and scanning of the UNIQLO App Membership ID.
  5. One (1) valid receipt is equivalent to one (1) entry to the raffle promotion.
  6. The prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the UNIQLO App member who made the original purchase.
  7. Winners will receive an email from UNIQLO Customer Center team in the week of September 29 if they have been chosen as the winner.

    How do I claim the freebie?
    ➥ 1. Customers will receive the following communications so that they can be notified that they are one of the 5 winners of the UNIQLO App Raffle Promotion: 
               ‣ Email Notification from UNIQLO Customer Center Team 
               ‣ App Push Notification on the UNIQLO App 
         2. Customer must show the Confirmation Email and App Push Notification that they have won the assigned prize from the raffle promotion and proceed to Bale Dutung in Angeles City, Pampanga to claim their prize. 
    
    Until when can I claim the freebie?
    ➥ Customers may claim the prize 60 days upon receiving the winner announcement email from UNIQLO Customer Center team.

    
    How will I know if my App ID was successfully scanned during purchase? / How do I know if I was able to receive the raffle entry?
    ➥ Here's the steps below:
    
            You can verify if your purchase was successfully recorded by checking your UNIQLO App:
            1. Open your UNIQLO PH App.
            2. Go to Membership > Membership Data > Purchase History.
            3. If your transaction appears here, it means your App ID was successfully scanned and your transaction is already recorded as part of the promotion.
    
             
    
             Please note that the reflection of the purchase in Purchase History will be done 24 hours after the listed transaction date and time from your receipt.
    
             You can also verify through your physical receipt:

            How to scan my UNIQLO App ID?
            1. Open your UNIQLO App before reaching the cashier.
            2. Tap the “Membership” button at the bottom of the screen
            3. Present the QR code displayed under your Membership ID to the cashier for scanning before payment.
            4. Ensure the cashier has successfully scanned your Membership ID to record your transaction. 
    
    I forgot to scan my UNIQLO App ID when I purchased. Can I still join the raffle?
    ➥ Unfortunately, customers who did not scan their UNIQLO App ID upon checkout will not be eligible for the raffle.
    
    Can I join if I shop online?
    ➥ No. This promotion is exclusive to purchases made at UNIQLO Angeles Roadside Store only.
    
    How will I know if I won?
    ➥ Winners will be notified through the registered email address linked to their UNIQLO App account. Please ensure your App information is updated.
