WHAT IS THE EVENT ABOUT

• UNIQLO will have its event on October 5, 2025 at Car-Free Sundays at Ayala Makati. During this event, select members of different communities will be invited to participate and will be provided with free UNIQLO Sport Utility Wear items:

2. First Bike Ride Cycling Club

3. Manila Skate Dance Skating Club

  **1. Introduction**
  These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern participation in the free UNIQLO Sport Utility Wear Event (the "Event") organized by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. By participating in the Event, participants (the "Community Members") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  
  **2. Eligibility**
  2.1 The Event is open to individuals aged 18 years old or older.
  2.2 Participants must be residents of the Philippines.
  2.3 Registration is required to attend the Event, and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited slots are available. The Event is subject to availability.
  
  **3. Registration and Participation**
  3.1 Registration for the Event must be completed online via the official registration platform provided by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc.
  3.2 By registering, and signing their name in the form, participants confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  3.3 The registration process may require participants to provide personal information,
  including but not limited to, name, age, email address, and emergency contact details.
  
  **4. Event Details**
  4.1 The Event will take place on October 05, 2025 at Car-Free Sundays at Ayala Makati starting at 06:00 AM.
  4.2 Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time for check-in and briefing. Participants who are late will not be allowed to join the event.
  4.3. No changing of sizes after registration is allowed.
  
  **5. Community Member Responsibilities**
  5.1 All community members are required to bring their own applicable equipment such as bicycles or skating shoes, which must be in good working condition.
  5.2 Biking and skating Community Members must wear a helmet and appropriate attire during the Event.
  5.3 Members are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Event.
  5.4 Participants must follow all traffic rules and instructions provided by the Event organizers, guides, and marshals.
  5.5 The Organizers reserve the right to remove any member from the Event for any reason including but not limited to if they fail to adhere to safety protocols or behave in a manner that could endanger themselves or others.
  
  **6. Health and Safety**
  6.1 All participants warrant that they are fit to undertake this activity. Participants must assess their own fitness and health before participating in the Event. If you are unsure about your physical ability to participate, consult with a healthcare professional before attending.
  6.2 Members must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other health issues that may affect their ability to participate safely during the registration process.
  6.3 The Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit to ride based on their health or safety status.
  
  **7. Liability and Waiver**
  7.1 By participating in the Event, Community Members acknowledge and accept the risks associated with cycling, including but not limited to, accidents, injuries, and property damage.
  7.2 Members agree to release and hold harmless the Organizers, their employees, agents, partners, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the activities as a Participant in this event, including claims arising out of negligence. I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Organizers, and their employees and authorized representatives from any liability or claim with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation in this event.
  7.3 Participants must sign a waiver of liability, releasing the Organizers from any claims or lawsuits related to personal injury or property damage that may occur during the Event.
  8. Participant shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. and its users as a result of:
  a. Participant’s breach of these Terms & Conditions;
  b. Participant’s fraudulent use of the form;
  c. Participation of provision of inaccurate, false, or fraudulent data.
  
  **8. Privacy and Data Protection**
  8.1 By registering for the Event, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of organizing the Event, communication, and future marketing activities by the Organizers.
  8.2 The Organizers will comply with all applicable data protection laws in handling personal information.
  
  **9. Photography and Media**
  9.1 By participating in the Event, Members grant the Organizers permission to take photographs, video footage, and other media of the Event and its participants. These
  materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and marketing campaigns without further consent or compensation.
  9.2 Participant allows his or her image to be used in published materials and websites that promote Fast Retailing Philippines Inc., and/or any programs conducted by the Organizers without any compensation. Participant grants and conveys to Organizers all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographs, images, video recordings in connection with my participation in this event, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recording.
  
  **10. Cancellation and Changes**
  10.1 The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible. The Organizers shall not be liable for any damages due to the cancellation of the event.
  
  **11. Code of Conduct**
  11.1 All Members are expected to act in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow participants, event organizers, and members of the public.
  11.2 Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event.
  11.3 All Members must comply with the traffic rules and instructions provided by the Organizer to ensure safety of the participants
  
  ** 12. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
  Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. may change these Terms & Conditions (“Updated Terms”) from time to time. Unless the changes in the Terms & Conditions are for legal or administrative reasons, Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. will provide reasonable advance notice before the Updated Terms become effective by posting the Updated Terms on the form and in the social media pages of Fast Retailing Philippines Inc.
  Non withdrawal of your registration after the effective date of the Updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the Updated Terms. You should review these Terms & Conditions and any Updated Terms before continuing with your registration.
  
  **13. Governing Law**
  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
  
  **14. MISCELLANEOUS
  a. In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed by any competent authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision shall be modified to allow it to be enforced in line with the intention of the original text to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
  b. You agree that all documents or notices that we wish to send you or are entitled to send you electronically may be delivered to your email address which was provided upon registration.
  c. Subject to applicable law, all disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination of the agreement between us for any reason.
  d. No single or partial exercise, or failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy by us shall constitute a waiver by us of, or impair or preclude any further exercise of, that or any right, power or remedy arising under these terms and conditions or otherwise.
  e. Unless expressly agreed in writing otherwise, these Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Site and supersede any and all representations, communications and prior agreements (written or oral) made by you or us.
  f. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, you and Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City.
  
  15. Acceptance**
  By registering and participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
