UNIQLO offers Click & Collect delivery option in all of our stores across the country.
STANDARD CLICK & COLLECT
● Orders with Click & Collect as the delivery method will be shipped to your selected UNIQLO Philippines store for your pick-up.
● You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped out and another email when it is available for claiming at the store.

Notes:
1. The holding period of your Click & Collect order is 14 days from its arrival date in the store. Please contact your selected store within the pick up period for an extension. Kindly use Store Locator to get their contact number.
2. Failure to claim your Click & Collect order within the holding period will result to your order being returned back to our warehouse for refund processing. Process may take up to 14 to 30 working days upon receiving the item in the warehouse.
3. If you are not able to collect your order yourself, you may ask someone to collect it on your behalf. You may also use a courier service but kindly coordinate first with the store. Please note that they will need a copy of your Notification e-mail to proceed with the collection. Kindly coordinate with the store before proceeding.
4. In line with our initiative, we would highly recommend you to bring your own reusable bag when you pick-up your Click & Collect order in store.Click & Collect Process:
Standard Estimated Delivery Timeframe
• Metro Manila and GMA (Bulacan and CALABARZON): 4 days
• Rest of Luzon: 4 - 5 days
• Cebu: 3 - 5 days
• Rest of Visayas: 6 - 7 days
• Mindanao - 8 - 11 days
Notes:
● We can only provide estimates, but more detailed information may be viewed on your Order Status once the items have been shipped.
● You will receive an automated email confirmation once we have shipped out your order.
● Some products may required additional time for delivery due to Online Alteration service availment or Stock in Transit (stock availability).
● We will allocate additional delivery days for cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities.
● If you have inquiries or requests regarding your Click & Collect order once you have shipped out, you may also call your chosen store directly. You may view their contact numbers via Store Locator.
How to Track Click & Collect Orders
1. Open UNIQLO App.
2. Click "MEMBERSHIP" tab and go to "ORDER HISTORY".
3. Look for the "Detailed Status" for the actual progress of the order.【Arrival Waiting】= Preparing the parcel and pending for delivery.
【Ready for pickup】= Parcel is ready for collection in store.
【Receipt Completed】= Parcel collected successfully in store.
Alternatively, you will be receiving automated emails from us once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and once your order has arrived in your chosen store.
● You will also receive an App Push Notification similar to the photo below once your parcel has been delivered at the store.
● You may also directly call your preferred store to check if they have already received your Click & Collect order. You may view their contact number via Store Locator.

➜ Same Day and Next Day Click & Collect Information and Guide
Same Day and Next Day Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a delivery method wherein your order will be delivered to your nominated store instead of your home address. It has no delivery fee and the store can safe keep your order for pick-up for 14 days upon its delivery.
► Keep in mind that selecting Click & Collect as your delivery method does not mean that your order will be available immediately at the store as this will be processed directly from our warehouse to be delivered at your chosen store.
UNIQLO Philippines is offering Same Day Click & Collect delivery in select stores!
► Not applicable for orders with online alteration request and items that are still in transit.
Same Day Click & Collect Process:
Orders placed and paid before 12 NN of the current day will be delivered on the Same Day, starting 7 PM in select stores offering Same Day Click & Collect.
➨ If you have missed out on finalizing your order before the 12 NN cut off for same day delivery in stores offering Same Day Click & Collect, it will now be bound for Next Day delivery.
Next Day Click & Collect Process:
■ Orders placed and paid after 12 NN of the current day will be delivered the Next Day, starting 7 PM in select stores offering Same Day Click & Collect.

➜ Important Notes for Same Day and Next Day Click & Collect
■ Delivery Time: You will be getting your package starting 7PM onwards.
➨ Delivery time in stores may still vary depending on the traffic situation in area. We are also bound to allocate additional delivery days for cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities, high number of orders, and store closures.
■ Restrictions: Not applicable for orders with online alteration request and items that are still in transit.
Items that are still in transit advisory:
■ For Pay in Store transactions only: Please secure the payment of your order before 12 NN for your order to be confirmed by our warehouse team for Same Day Click & Collect.
■ Stores offering Same Day Click & Collect: It can be verified by checking the Store Information on the Checkout Process during store pick-up selection:

➜ How to Place Same Day Click & Collect Order
1. Log in your UNIQLO PH account in your UNIQLO PH Application or via UNIQLO PH Webstore
2. Add your desired items in your cart. Ensure that you are placing your order and paying it before 12 NN.
3. Choose Click & Collect as your delivery method.
4. Select a store that offers Same Day Click & Collect.
5. Secure and pay your Click & Collect order before 12 NN.

■ You have 14 days to collect the parcel in your preferred UNIQLO store once it has arrived. You may directly call the store if you have any inquiries or requests on this. Kindly use Store Locator to know their landline numbers.
■ Delivery time in stores may still vary depending on the traffic situation in area. We will also allocate additional delivery days for cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities and high number of orders.
■ Delivery time frame will also be affected if there will be on-going Delivery Advisories and Inventory Management Activities by our warehouse and physical stores.
