COD Warehouse Refund Process

■ For orders paid via COD or Cash-On-Delivery, we can process the refund to your bank account, e-wallet account or through cash remittance center pick up.

  Kindly note that there are different steps for refund to a BDO account and to non-BDO, e-wallet and cash remittance center pick up. 

  1. Enter your personal details:
  
  
  
  ■ Email address and contact number should also be the same as what you have indicated in your online order details.

  
  2. Indicate your Order Number and select your preferred Mode of Refund:
  
  
  
  ■ Format for Order Number should be followed from your Order History (Ex: 123008888xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx)
  
   For Bank Transfer:
  
  
  
  ■ Please ensure to double check your indicated bank details. Providing incorrect bank details may result in failure to your refund request.
  
  For E-Wallet:
  
  
  
  ■ Correctly indicate your E-Wallet Name and please enter your mobile number for that specific E-Wallet choice.
  ■ Kindly use: 09XXXXXXXXX (11 digit) format for the E-Wallet Account Number. 
     Ex: 09123456789
  
  For Cash Remittance Centers:
  
  
  
  ■ Please indicate your complete house address (Format: House Number / Unit Number, Building Name/Establishment, Street Name/Village, Barangay, City)
      Ex: U123 Sample Bldg. 45 Sample St. Barangay Sample, Sample City / B123 L456 Sample St. Sample Village, Barangay Sample, Sample City
  
  3. Agree to Data Privacy Notice by clicking the tick box.
  
  
   

  IMPORTANT: 
  ■ Time frame for processing the refund is up to 30 banking days and will still depend on your issuing bank. To avoid delays in processing your refund request, please make sure to provide complete and accurate information. Kindly double check all details before submitting the form. 
  ■ There may be corresponding processing fee, depending on the bank, e-wallet or cash remittance center chosen.
