Store Purchases

Refunds will be process in accordance with the return procedures at the store where the purchase was made How to Return Store Purchases.

Important Notes

  • The refund timeline may vary depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
  • Banking days are observed for refund processing. Weekend and holidays will affect timeframe.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe for Card transactions, kindly communicate with your issuing bank as they can inform you on the detailed status of the pending refund to them. Please provide the automated emails you received from us as proof that UNIQLO has already finalized the store refund transaction you had with us.

Refund Process

1. Customer should ship back the items to our warehouse at his/her expense. Shipping fee is not refundable. Customers may freely use their preferred couriers.
2. Once your item has been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after it has been received. You will also receive an automated email 1 to 2 business days after your returned item/s have been received at Warehouse.
3. You will receive another automated confirmation email for your refund once it has been processed.
4. The refund will be processed and completed within 15-45 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.

*Refund processing time is counted from the date you have received the refund confirmation email after your return is being processed.
*For Pay In Store payment that used Credit/Debit cards - Please ensure that you have provided correct and accurate receipt details on the Online Card Problem Report. Failure to provide accurate details will entail longer processing time.
*If you have not received your refund beyond the expected period, we are recommending you to reach out to your bank separately and provide the automated emails that you have received from us as proof that UNIQLO has already finalized the refund of your item/s.

  • Shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you have paid by "Pay-in-Store", the refund can only be processed by the store you made the payment.
  • If you send an item that falls under “non-returnable item,” we will return it to you via courier.
  • Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year holidays, refund processing may take longer than usual.

  • Q. I have dropped off the return parcel to UNIQLO Returns warehouse, have you already received it?

    A. If you have used same day courier services / traditional couriers, kindly double check the tracking number provided to you to confirm if your returned parcel has been delivered at our warehouse. In case, you will receive also an automated email from our warehouse team within 1 to 2 business days from the receipt of your returned order.

  • Q. I already received the automated email confirming that my refund has been finalized. Why has my refund not been reflected yet?

    A. Please note that after you have received the automated email from us that we have already finalized the refund request, your refund shall be reflected by your issuing bank back to your account within 15 to 45 banking days depending on their reversal policy. We highly recommend you to reach out to them separately as they can provide you more information on the exact crediting date of your refund.
