Additional Advisory for Artisan Patches:
• Kindly be advised that the patches are made with jeans. Due to the special characteristics of indigo dye, the color can bleed or rub off onto skin, lighter garments, bags, and shoes.

▽ Order Procedure and Price
Step 1 - Confirm the guidelines for embroidery.
Step 2 - Fill-out the order form and choose a patch and your preferred location.
Step 3 - Confirm timeline of pick-up.
Step 4 - Proceed to store and pay at cashier.
* Show the email confirmation.
* Old UNIQLO items, show your payment receipt and leave the item at RE:UNIQLO counter.
* New UNIQLO items, select and pay at the store. Proceed to RE:UNIQLO counter then show your payment receipt and leave your item for patch sewing.
* Price: 300PHP per patch (inclusive of service fee)
Step 5 - Claim your item!
All proceeds from the RE:UNIQLO Artisan Patch, in partnership with ABS-CBN Foundation, help sustain the Schools of Living Traditions of the Itneg (Abra), Panay Bukidnon (Iloilo), and T'boli (South Cotabato), supporting the preservation of Filipino traditional arts, crafts, and cultural heritage.

Question: Can I select a specific batch from each major group of islands (Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao)?
Answer: Patches and selections are based on availability. We cannot guarantee a specific patch per major island.
Question: Can I buy the patch without buying a UNIQLO item?
Answer: Patches can only be attached to a UNIQLO item. Patches may be purchased as long as it will be stitched to a new or old UNIQLO item at our RE:UNQILO Studio.
Question: Can I attach the patch to any UNIQLO item?
Answer: RE:UNIQLO Studio embroidery restrictions apply.
Question: How many patches can I buy? Is there a limit?
Answer: No limitations in the number of patches that can be purchased but this is subject to availability.
Question: How do I claim the patch I pre-ordered?
Answer: You will receive an email confirmation from UNIQLO. Make sure to provide your email and complete name in the pre-order form so we can notify you when your patch is ready for claiming at your chosen store.
Question: Can I claim the patch in other stores not part of the current store list?
Answer: No. You can only select from the list of stores provided in the form.
