Celebrate UNIQLO's partnership with Pokémon Run by meeting Pikachu in person! Present a valid same-day UNIQLO receipt and enjoy a special photo opportunity with Pikachu alongside your family.
Event Participation
• The Pikachu Meet & Greet is open to all customers and visitors, free of charge.
• Participation is on a first come, first served basis and is subject to slot availability and event capacity (maximum of 100 individuals/groups/families per session).
• One (1) family or group, with a maximum of six (6) individuals, may participate together in a single Meet & Greet session.
• Customers must follow the queuing procedures established by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. and/or UNIQLO event personnel.
• Each participating family or group will be allocated a maximum of twenty (20) seconds for photo-taking during the Meet & Greet session to ensure all participants have the opportunity to participate.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event.
• Participants are expected to comply with all event rules, safety measures, and instructions given by UNIQLO staff, event marshals, and venue personnel. Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who fails to comply with such instructions.
• The schedule, timing, duration, venue, participating stores, and other event details are subject to change, postponement, suspension, or cancellation without prior notice due to operational requirements, safety considerations, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc.
Photo and Video Consent
• Participants may be provided a consent form if agreed to be photographed and/or recorded on video. For a minor participant, the parent or guardian agrees to the minor participant being photographed and/or recorded on video. These images and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, publicity, and related business purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a UNIQLO staff member prior to participation.
• Any photographs, videos, or recordings captured during the event may be published, displayed, and used until October 31, 2026, after which they will no longer be used for active promotional or marketing purposes related to this event.
• Participants or the parent or guardian of a participant who is a minor shall permit the image, likeness, voice, and appearance of the participant to be used in published materials, advertisements, social media content, websites, and other marketing or promotional materials that promote Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc., its products, services, programs, and activities, without compensation.
• Participants or the parent or guardian of a participant who is a minor grant and convey to Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. all rights, title, and interest in and to any photographs, images, video recordings, audio recordings, and other materials captured in connection with participation in this event, including any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived therefrom.
• As a condition for participation in the Pikachu Meet & Greet, participants, or the parent/legal guardian of a minor participant, may be required to accomplish and sign a Photo and Video Consent Form and/or other event-related consent forms provided by Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc.
• For participants who are minors, the consent form must be completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to participation in the event.
Miscellaneous
• In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed by any competent authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision shall be modified to allow it to be enforced in line with the intention of the original text to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
• Subject to applicable law, all disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination of the agreement between us for any reason.
• No single or partial exercise, or failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy by us shall constitute a waiver by us of, or impair or preclude any further exercise of, that or any right, power or remedy arising under these Terms & Conditions or otherwise.
• Unless expressly agreed in writing otherwise, these Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your participation in the Event and supersede any and all representations, communications and prior agreements (written or oral) made by you or us.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, you and Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City.

• By participating in the Pikachu Meet & Greet event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions .
