Local Area Code + Courier Code + 7 digit landline number

Local Area Code
• 03 for Visayas 
• 04 for Southern Luzon and Central Luzon 
• 05 for Bicol and Eastern Visayas
• 06 for Western and Central Mindanao
• 07 for Northern Luzon 
• 08 for Southern, Eastern, and Central Mindanao

Courier Code

• Eastern Telecom – add 5
• Globe/Innove – add 7
• PLDT - add 8
