Terms & Conditions
■ UNIQLO Online Store offers Gift Service (for a fee) for sending gifts to loved ones. 1 package (1 message card, 1 gift package) is included for each order.

If you want individual packaging, please place separate orders for each product. (Shipping charges are determined for each order)


Types and Prices of Gift Materials

Gift Bag

• Php 190 regardless of the size. 

• Small size: 13 inches (length) x 11.2 inches (width)

• Medium size: 19.3 inches (length) x 15.4 inches (width)

• Large size: 23.6 inches (length) x 19.7 inches (width)

Message Card 

• Free

• You can add a message of your choice to the gift.

• The number of characters is 40 characters x 9 lines (total of 360 characters max).

• Message will be printed on the back of the card.

Gift wrapping services are not available in our physical stores at the moment. 

Gift Receipt  
■ Gift receipts are not available for online orders at the moment. This service is available for purchases made in our physical stores. You may request for a gift receipt upon transaction. 

If you intend to give some of the items from your Online Purchase as Gifts, you may print out copies of your E-Invoice and black out the prices of the items you wish to give out as gifts for exchange purposes. 

Please ensure that gifted items are still eligible for Exchange based on Returns Policy.

Paper Bags  
■ We do not provide paper bags for online orders. If you wish to avail of a paper bag, you may buy from any of our physical stores. You can only buy 1 paper bag per item purchased. Kindly bring your original receipt with you.

In line with our company's sustainability efforts, we aim to reduce paper bag consumption and support the preservation of our natural resources. We want to encourage the use of eco friendly and reusable bags while also reducing the consumption of single-use bags. We will start charging for paper bags on September 5, 2022 onwards. We will charge PHP 2.00 per paper bag, regardless of the size from XXS to Large. You may learn more about this initiative here. 

How to Avail of the Online Gift Service

1. Add items to the cart
Select products, tap [Add to cart], and then tap [View cart].



2. Tap "Gift Option" in the cart
After adding all desired items to the cart, check the items in the cart and tap "Gift Option".


3. Select your preferred Gift Bag Size


4. Select a message card 
If you would like a message card, select "Free Uniqlo Message Card", enter your message, and tap [APPLY].
The number of characters is 40 characters x 9 lines (total of 360 characters max).


5. Proceed to purchase procedure
Confirm the gift option you have selected and tap [CHECKOUT].
If you want to change the contents of the gift option, you can change it from "EDIT".
