Mechanics

1.  For every single receipt with a minimum spend of P3,500 (after coupon and discounts; not including alteration and shopping bag fees) at any UNIQLO Physical Stores nationwide and UNIQLO Philippines Online Store (App/Website), customers will get one (1) FREE UNIQLO Packable Bag. 
2.  For Store Purchases, customers may redeem their Novelty directly at the cashier after transaction.   
3.  For Online Orders, FREE UNIQLO Packable Bag will be delivered together with their order. This is open to Home Delivery or Click & Collect orders. 
4.  Promo is valid for purchases made from August 28 to September 3, 2026 only.

Q1. When and where can I avail the FREE Novelty Item?
     a. Promotion is from August 28 to September 3, 2026 in all UNIQLO physical stores nationwide. Promotion is also offered for Online Purchases made through UNIQLO PH App and UNIQLO PH Webstore via Home Delivery and Click & Collect. 

Q2. Who can avail of the FREE UNIQLO Novelty Item?
     a. All UNIQLO PH App members with a single-receipt minimum purchase of P3,500 (after coupon and discounts; not including alteration and shopping bag fees) from August 28 to September 3, 2026. 

Q3. How many FREE UNIQLO Novelty Items can be claimed? 
     a. Each customer will receive one (1) novelty for every P3,500 minimum spend (after coupon and discounts; not including alteration and shopping bag fees) in a single-receipt purchase.

Q4. Can I combine multiple receipts to reach 3,500 minimum spend?
     a. No, only single receipts with minimum spend of P3,500 (after coupon and discounts; not including alteration and shopping bag fees) can qualify to this promotion.

Q5. How many freebies can a customer claim?
     a. The customer will get one (1) novelty item for every PHP 3,500 (after coupon and discounts; not including alteration and shopping bag fees) in a single receipt

          •    P3,500 = 1 Novelty Item
          •    P7,000 = 2 Novelty Items
          •    P10,500 = 3 Novelty Items

Q6. Can I choose my preferred color?
     a. For in-store purchases, colors of the UNIQLO Packable Bag can be chosen subject to availability. For online/website purchases, colors of UNIQLO Packable Bag will be given in random. Please note that colors to be provided could be similar for multiple orders of a single customer.

Q7. Can I get a novelty item in another store?
     a. No. Customers must claim from the same store where the purchase was made from August 28 to September 3, 2026 at the cashier.

Q8. If I lost the receipt, may I still claim the novelty item?
     a.  No. If a customer has lost his/her receipt, the store will no longer provide the novelty item. Customers must ensure to keep their receipts intact and available after the transaction.

Q9. Can I purchase the UNIQLO Novelty Items?
     a. No. The UNIQLO Novelty Items are not for sale and may only be claimed as promotion freebie.

Q10. Do I need to purchase in the store or online to avail of the novelty?
     a. Purchases made in the store and online are qualified for as long as the minimum P3,500 (after coupon and discounts; not including alteration and shopping bag fees) single-receipt purchase is met, and the purchase is made during the promotion period.
