For Store Purchase: Within 30 days from the purchase date indicated on the receipt.

For Online Purchase: Within 30 days from the shipment date of your order from warehouse. (Shipment date can be determined by checking your automated email that confirms that your online order has been shipped)

For Store Purchase: Receipt / Gift Receipt is required.

For Online Purchase: Kindly provide your Return Form / Packing List for Return & Exchange request. You can also provide your E-Invoice print out.

Product should be in new and original condition.

Product Tag should be attached and readable in our system.

Products that have been sent to Alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: Refund for physical store returns will be done via Credit Memo. The store will provide you an online form to fill up should you wish to be refunded on your original mode of payment. Kindly note that this will undergo standard bank processing which may take up to 30 banking days.

Q. Will my refund be affected if I used a coupon for my purchase
A. Products purchased with a coupon may be exchanged/refunded. The amount to be refunded will be the total amount of the transaction for refund less the coupon price. The coupon is only for one time use and will be forfeited once redeemed. Coupon will be revived only if the item to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.

A. The Return / Exchange period is 30 days.
Q. What is your Return / Exchange deadline?
A. For Store Purchase, it is within 30 days from the date of purchase. For Online Store Purchase, it is within 30 days from the shipment date of order.
