Return & Exchange Conditions


Return & Exchange Period 

  • For Store Purchase: Within 30 days from the purchase date indicated on the receipt.

  • For Online Purchase: Within 30 days from the shipment date of your order from warehouse.


Advisory: UNIQLO is offering an extended Return and Exchange period for physical and online store purchases made from November 17 to December 31, 2025.
Customers can return or exchange their purchases made within the said period until January 31, 2026.

Other Conditions

  • For Store Purchase: Receipt / Gift Receipt is required.

  • For Online Purchase: Kindly provide your Return Form / Packing List for Return & Exchange request. You can also provide your E-Invoice print out.

  • Product should be in new and original condition.

  • Product Tag should be attached and readable in our system.

  • Products that have been sent to Alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Purchase

  • Exchange: To any UNIQLO physical stores

  • Return: UNIQLO store where the item was originally purchased
     


 

Online Store Purchase

  • Exchange: Any UNIQLO physical stores nationwide

  • Return:

    • Online Payment / Cash on Delivery: UNIQLO Returns Warehouse only.

    • Pay in Store Payment Method: To the UNIQLO store where the payment was made.

Q. Will my refund be affected if I used a coupon for my purchase
A. Products purchased with a coupon may be exchanged/refunded. The amount to be refunded will be the total amount of the transaction for refund less the coupon price. The coupon is only for one time use and will be forfeited once redeemed. Coupon will be revived only if the item to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.

Q. How long is your Returns Policy?
A. The Return / Exchange period is 30 days.
