For Store Purchase: Within 30 days from the purchase date indicated on the receipt.

For Online Purchase: Within 30 days from the shipment date of your order from warehouse.
Advisory: UNIQLO is offering an extended Return and Exchange period for physical and online store purchases made from November 17 to December 31, 2025.
Customers can return or exchange their purchases made within the said period until January 31, 2026.

For Store Purchase: Receipt / Gift Receipt is required.

For Online Purchase: Kindly provide your Return Form / Packing List for Return & Exchange request. You can also provide your E-Invoice print out.

Q. Will my refund be affected if I used a coupon for my purchase
A. Products purchased with a coupon may be exchanged/refunded. The amount to be refunded will be the total amount of the transaction for refund less the coupon price. The coupon is only for one time use and will be forfeited once redeemed. Coupon will be revived only if the item to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.

A. The Return / Exchange period is 30 days.
Q. What is your Return / Exchange deadline?
A. For Store Purchase, it is within 30 days from the date of purchase. For Online Store Purchase, it is within 30 days from the shipment date of order.
