HOLY WEEK DELIVERY AND REFUND OPERATIONS
Please be advised of the Holiday Order Processing and Refund Processing Schedules:
● Our UNIQLO PH online webstore and UNIQLO PH App will still be available for taking online orders and processing shipments during Holy Week. However, in line with the Holiday observances, please take note of the following:
▶ Next Day Delivery for Metro Manila will be available for orders placed on April 17, 2025.
▶ Kindly refer to the estimated standard delivery lead time on the table below:

| NCR | Next Day Delivery for Orders placed by 12nn. For orders placed after 12nn, 1 to 3 delivery days. |
| Luzon | 2-7 delivery days (+1 to 2 delivery days for Ilocos and Bicol areas) |
| Visayas | 4 - 7 delivery days |
| Mindanao | 4 - 7 delivery days (+1 to 2 delivery days for Zamboanga areas) |
➥ Delivery days - Monday to Sunday, except Holidays.
➥ For areas under Scheduled Service Area / Outside Service Area (Re: WExpress Delivery Tracking Status Legends), please allot additional 1 to 2 delivery days on top of our standard estimated delivery lead time.
▶ For Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, our delivery partner will proceed to deliver parcels nationwide.
➥ To ensure smooth delivery process, please ensure that you have provided complete shipping details (Correct Mobile Number / Complete Shipping Address).

Click & Collect Delivery
● Same Day Click & Collect will be available on Maundy Thursday, April 17 for the following stores:
• UNIQLO Sierra Valley Roadside Store
➥ For orders placed by April 17 after 12NN: Delivery will start by April 18, Good Friday, 7 PM onwards.
• UNIQLO U.P. Town Center
• UNIQLO Marquinton Roadside Store
➥ For orders placed by April 17 after 12NN on the listed stores above: Delivery will start by April 19, Black Saturday, 7 PM onwards.
● Same Day Click & Collect will be available on Good Friday, April 18 for:
• UNIQLO Sierra Valley Roadside Store
• UNIQLO Alabang Westgate Roadside Store
➥ For orders placed by April 18 after 12NN: Delivery will start by April 19, Black Saturday, 7 PM onwards.
● Regular Click & Collect orders will follow our standard estimated delivery lead time and the store closure guidelines for Holy Week.
➥ No deliveries will be made to the store during Holidays.

Supplementary Notes for Home Delivery and Click & Collect orders:
➥ If you have placed your order beyond 12:00 NN, it will be delivered on the next possible delivery date.
● Shipment confirmation emails will be sent as soon as we have finalized your order for delivery.
● Standard estimated delivery timeframe will be observed and it will start once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
Refund Processing Timeline
● All refund requests received from April 7 to April 11, 2025 will be processed starting April 28, 2025 onwards.
● Refund requests received starting April 14, 2025 will be processed starting May 5, 2025 onwards.
Kindly note also that refund application to customers' preferred account may take some additional time to be reflected by your issuing bank due to the Holidays. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Physical Store Schedule
● Please be advised that some UNIQLO physical stores will be operational during the whole Holy Week. However, select stores will be closed during Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
