Q. How can I check my order history?
You can check the order history by logging into your UNIQLO account.
How to view your Order History:
1. Go to [MEMBERSHIP]
2. Click on [ORDER HISTORY]
If you do not see your order history in your account, please follow these steps:
► Check if you have used another UNIQLO PH account for your order
► Check your nominated email address that you have used for your order for any confirmation emails of your order from us.
Notes:
• Your order history will be reflected once your order is successful.
• Order history does not show any returned or exchanged items.
• Order history is not a valid proof of purchase for return or exchange. If you wish to have a valid proof of purchase from your Online Store Purchase, kindly print out a copy of your E-Invoice which is attached to the Shipment Confirmation Email and available for download in your UNIQLO PH App Order History.
• You still need all the necessary documents if you wish to exchange items in Physical Store and for Return in our Warehouse. Kindly refer to our Returns Policy for the complete requirements for Return or Exchange
