About Receipts - FAQs
For Online Store Purchase:

Please note that we have started providing E-Invoice (Electronic Invoice) since October 2024. The E-Invoice is available to be downloaded from your UNIQLO PH App's Order History (see below photo) or through the Automated Shipment Confirmation email (as a downloadable attachment) that you will be receiving once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
You may kindly print the E-Invoice in case that you might need additional documentation for Return & Exchange purposes.
Please note that all information on the E-Invoice will be based from your personal UNIQLO PH app account and order details. It also serves as the official Sales Invoice approved by BIR.
All details provided in the E-Invoice is already final and it cannot be modified.
For Physical Store Purchase:

Transaction receipts are provided by cashier to your purchases after checking out at the store. Kindly ensure to keep your receipts if you plan to Return or Exchange any eligible items from your purchase. It is also a valid Sales Invoice.
If you lost your receipt, we would recommend you to check if you have any references from your transaction:
■ Bank Charge Slip
■ Bank Transaction History (incl. Date and Time of Transaction)
■ UNIQLO PH App Purchase History (Only applicable if you were able to have your App Barcode scanned during transaction)
In case that you can provide any of these, you may proceed to the store wherein you had your transaction to request if they can still recover your Receipt.
■ Please note that requests are still subject for approval and may take some time to be resolved.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1. I lost my receipt from my store purchase and I cannot remember any details of my transaction. What will I do?
Answer: If you cannot remember any details from your purchase in store, unfortunately, we cannot recover your receipt as the store will require you to provide any transaction references to check on their records.
Q2. Can I request Manual Sales Invoice from my Store Purchase?
Answer: Yes. Physical stores can still provide Manual Sales Invoice in exchange of your Transaction Receipt. Please note that any requests may take some time and they will require you to hand over your printed receipt. In addition, you may only request Manual Sales Invoice in the store on the day of your purchase only.
Q3. I will have an online order but wishes to have a Manual Sales Invoice, is it possible?
Answer: No. For online orders, E-Invoice is only provided. However, if you wish to use the E-Invoice for company/reimbursement purposes, kindly visit this article to check our guide: Manual Sales Invoice Request and Information
