🚨 [ADVISORY] 🚨Holy Week Delivery Lead Time Adjustment for Online Orders

HOLY WEEK DELIVERY TIME ADVISORY

In observance of the Holy Week, please be advised that UNIQLO Philippines Online Store will implement additional delivery lead time for Online Orders (Home and Click & Collect Delivery).

We would recommend you to kindly plan your orders ahead as the temporary adjustments are due to physical store closures and delivery operation suspension during the Holidays.

We are requesting for your patience and understanding should there be any delays in processing and delivering your online orders during this time.

Adjusted Home Delivery Timeframe during Holy Week

 

● Metro Manila: 1 to 4 days (No Next Day Delivery for orders made during April 1, 12 pm onwards until April 3).
● Luzon: 3 to 8 days (additional 1 to 2 days for Ilocos and Bicol region) (additional 1 to 2 days) (Total 10 days lead time; for Ilocos and Bicol - 12 days)
● Visayas: 5 to 8 days (additional 1 to 2 days) (Total 10 days lead time)
● Mindanao: 5 to 8 days (additional 1 to 2 days for Zamboanga region) (additional 1 to 2 days) (Total 10 days lead time; for Zamboanga - 12 days)

You will receive automated email update to your provided email address with your tracking details once we have shipped out your order from warehouse. Automated emails may be redirected by your email provider to your Junk/Spam folder. Kindly ensure to double check these folders.

Metro Manila and GMA (Bulacan and CALABARZON): 1 to 6 days
● Rest of Luzon: 3 - 6 days
Cebu: 6 - 9 days
Rest of Visayas: 6 - 7 days
Mindanao: 8 - 11 days

Important Notes
● 
Click & Collect orders may still be affected by the delivery time adjustments due to unforeseen external factors.
Select stores will be closed during Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. No delivery schedule for stores will be made during the aforementioned Holidays.
Orders with stock in-transit and online alteration request will entail additional processing time on top of the standard delivery timeframe.
