DELIVERY TIME ADJUSTMENT ADVISORY

Please be advised that UNIQLO Philippines Online Store will have a scheduled Inventory Management Activity starting February 9 to 10, 2026.

Due to this, the delivery lead time for Home Delivery orders during this period may have additional 3 days on top of the standard delivery timeframe.


We appreciate your kind understanding and patience as this activity will help us improve our inventory accuracy to serve you better.

Standard Delivery Timeframe for Home Delivery

 

● Metro Manila: 2 to 4 days (additional 3 days)
● Luzon: 3 to 8 days (additional 1 to 2 days for Ilocos and Bicol region) (additional 3 days)
● Visayas: 5 to 8 days (additional 3 days)
● Mindanao: 5 to 8 days (additional 1 to 2 days for Zamboanga region) (additional 3 days)

You will receive automated email update to your provided email address with your tracking details once we have shipped out your order from warehouse. Automated emails may be redirected by your email provider to your Junk/Spam folder. Kindly ensure to double check these folders.

Click & Collect orders will not be affected by the delivery time adjustments.
Kindly ensure that you have provided your complete and correct shipping details when ordering to avoid further delays.
Orders with stock in-transit and online alteration request will entail additional processing time on top of the aforementioned temporary delivery time adjustment.
