Q. ⚠️ [ADVISORY] Inventory Management Activity - [August 11 - 12, 2025] Updated Advisory 8/13 ⚠️

DELIVERY ADVISORY

 

This is to notify that the Inventory Management Activity has ended.

  • Online order (Home and Click & Collect) processing for shipments will resume starting August 13, 2025 for orders placed last August 10, 12 pm onwards until August 12.

  • Same Day Click & Collect operations has resumed in select stores.

  • ● Please note that the standard processing of orders (1 to 2 days) will be in place starting the resumption of normal operations after the activity. Some orders may be processed starting today, August 14.


Thank you so much for your kind understanding and continued patience as this activity aims to improve our online store services and inventory accuracy to serve you better.

 

  • Affected Delivery Methods


    Home Deliveries, Standard Click & Collect, and Same Day Click & Collect.

    Same Day Click & Collect deliveries will be suspended during August 11 and 12, 2025. Same Day Delivery operations for select stores will resume August 13.

    Same Day Click & Collect orders placed beyond 12 pm on August 10 will be delivered by August 13.


     

  • Affected Online Order Dates


    • Online Orders recorded after 12 PM on August 10 will be processed starting August 13.

    • Online Orders recorded on August 11 and 12 will also be processed starting August 13.

    Online order processing is expected to be temporarily adjusted to 3 - 4 days from the standard of 1 to 2 days during the Inventory Management Activity.

    Please note that availing Online Alteration Service and Stock In-Transit items will also affect the online order processing on top of the temporary adjustments during this event.

  • Delivery Timeframe


    • Please note that delivery time will start once we have shipped out your orders from our warehouse. For reference, you will receive an automated email confirmation to your provided email address in your shipment details once we have shipped out your order. Automated emails may be redirected by your email provider to your Junk/Spam folder. Kindly ensure to double check these folders.

    Home Delivery

    Metro Manila - 1 to 3 days
    ● Luzon: 2 - 7 days (additional 1 to 2 days for IlocosBicol region)
    ● Visayas: 4 - 7 days
    ● Mindanao: 4 - 7 days (additional 1 to 2 days for Zamboanga region)

    For areas under Scheduled Service Area (Outside Service Area) of WExpress: + 1 to 2 days on top of the standard delivery timeframe per area.

    Standard Click & Collect Delivery
    ● Metro Manila and GMA (Bulacan and CALABARZON) - 3 days
    ● Rest of Luzon: 3 - 4 days
    ● Cebu: 2 - 4 days
    ● Rest of Visayas: 5 - 6 days
    ● Mindanao: 7 - 10 days

    Same Day Click & Collect
    ● Operations will resume starting August 13.
    ● Eligible orders will be delivered in select stores offering Same Day Delivery starting 7 PM. 

        ► Not applicable for orders with online alteration request and items that are still in transit.
