  ● To claim the FREE doughnut voucher/stub, a UNIQLO representative will distribute the voucher/stub at the entrance of the UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store.

  Promotion Mechanics:
  
  1. Shop any item at UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store between April 4 to 10, 2025 and present receipt as proof of purchase and UNIQLO App Membership ID at the Novelty Redemption Booth located at the store to get one (1) free Oishi snack.
  2. To claim the free voucher customer needs to: 
       a.    Purchase any items at UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store between April 4 to 10, 2025. There shall be no minimum purchase requirement;
       b.    Present valid UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store receipt as proof of purchase of any item within April 4 to 10, 2025; and
       c.    Present scanned UNIQLO App Membership
  3. Redemption period of the Free Oishi snack is from April 4, 2025 to June 9, 2025 at the UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store.
  4. Customers may redeem the Free Oishi snack at the Novelty Redemption Booth from April 4 to 10, 2025. Thereafter, customers may redeem the Free Oishi Snack until June 9, 2025 from the cashier area.
  
  
  Terms & Conditions: 
  
  1. Promo is valid for UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store physical store purchases only. Purchases from other physical stores, Online and Click & Collect transactions will not be accepted.
  2. Promo is applicable only to UNIQLO App Members. Customers must scan their UNIQLO App Membership ID upon check out at the cashier to be able to get the voucher.
  3. If a customer does not have the UNIQLO app, the customer must download the UNIQLO App and register before proceeding to the cashier for payment and scanning of the UNIQLO App Membership ID.
  4. One (1) valid receipt is equivalent to one (1) Oishi snack without minimum purchase.
  5. Customers may only use a valid receipt once to claim their free Oishi snack at the Novelty Redemption booth at UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store.
  6. The receipt will only be considered valid for this promo if the receipt is issued within April 4 to 10, 2025 and it is not torn or tampered with. 
  7. In any case the receipt and/or voucher presented does not meet the stated conditions, UNIQLO has the right to decline the claim of the FREE item.
  8. The valid receipt is transferable, but is not convertible to cash. Customers may assign a representative who is a different UNIQLO APP account owner from the account used to purchase, provided that the receipt has not yet been used to claim the Oishi free snack.
  9. The free Oishi snack can only be claimed at UNIQLO Imus Roadside Store Novelty Redemption Booth from April 4, 2025 to April 10, 2025. After the said period, customers will still be able to claim their free snack at the store from April 11, 2025 to June 9, 2025 (60 days after end of promo period).
  10. The free Oishi snack will be given at random. Customers may not choose their preferred variant.
