Q. Delivery Coverage for Online Orders and How Items Will Be Delivered

Uniqlo items purchased online can be delivered to the customer's nominated address or any UNIQLO Philippines store through Click & Collect. Our main delivery partner is Ninjavan. We also have AIR21 to support with the delivery. 

If you want your items to be delivered to you, kindly check Ninja Van's website here for the complete coverage.
If your delivery address is not covered by Ninjavan, we may attempt to deliver it via AIR21 only if you paid online and via pay-in-store.
To receive the package, you must present a valid ID.

You may also choose the Click & Collect option and pick up the items at a store near you. Simply present the Click & Collect order email confirmation when you pick up your order in one of our stores nationwide. In order to track your Click & Collect delivery, you may refer to the e-mail updates.
